I rented a brand new living room set, and I fully understand rental agreements cost more. I'm fine with what the cost will end up being at the end, what I'm not fine with is was delivered with 2 different holes in it. The delivery guy took pictures, said he would give them to the owner to review and he would be in contact with me. I'm a patient person, so I wait to hear from them... I did finally get a call from the store, not about the damages, so I had to ask what they plan on doing about it. I was told the delivery guy never gave them photos of the damage, but if I email them the pictures, they would review them for what can be done to repair or what needed to be done, and would get back to me. So keep in mind, I bought it new, not pre-owned, and I'm a patient person... that was April 30th,2019. We're now into July, I still haven't heard from the store about what they are going to do, so I'm planning on returning my livingroom set, because I don't see the damages being very important to them, or my being a happy customer with my purchase. If it was pre-owned, I would be more understanding that it had damages, but being brand new, I'm not understanding that I'm paying more for a damaged set that they obviously don't consider to be important enough to resolve. My payment was just made again, because I'm on auto pay, although I did receive a text message today reminding me to make my payment that is already set up automatically that was slightly confusing to me, but I checked my account to see before sending the information asked to make the payment. I probably wouldn't feel this way if I wasn't already months waiting on the resolve, probably wouldn't feel this way if after already waiting to hear from them, having to email them about what they said they were unaware of, it still wasn't addressed. He literally argued with me over a late payment. I called to update my card info to make a payment and he got mad that I refused to sign up for automatic payments. Iād NEVER authorize automatic payments to this company! He also kept threatening to come get my appliances despite the point of the call being to MAKE A PAYMENT! Which brought my account current. I had to ask him to take my card info over 5 times. Ridiculous! I wouldnāt recommend this place to anyone!

We went back up that day and he couldn't find the application it took him over 30 minutes to find it. Then he told us that they sold are washer and dryer. She was more pissed than I was because she picked them out. We actually ended up going to Aarons Rental and they actually took the time to make sure everything was perfect. Are brand new washer and dryer will be here Saturday. Eagle rental you are the worse place. The management sucks. The whole place needs new employees...
