Good customer service, but took a long time to make a blizzard and the blizzard was very runny. Just to prove a point I flipped it upside down while shooting a video because the blizzards are supposed to be so thick you could turn it upside down and it won't fall out. This is so far from the truth it's funny. So my blizzard is sitting in my sink right now but don't worry I'm not really missing it it didn't taste good anyways. I don't know what I was thinking I don't like Dairy Queen I just really wanted some ice cream and it was close. Why would you put a Twix bar in a blizzard? The candy type cookie part becomes gooey and no longer has crunch oh, and the caramel becomes so hard it's hard to chew and gets stuck in your teeth. Do not get a Twix blizzard it is bad I should have stuck to my usual and got an Oreo blizzard I know I would have at least enjoyed...

I visit this Dairy Queen a few times a week. Every Saturday i bring mine and my neighbors kids here totaling in 8 kids. Every time i come here a mistake is made with my order. Today i came and ordered the same chocolate Shake with added banana as i always do. It was of course messed up i was told to pull over and someone would bring it out in a few minutes i asked why since it wouldn’t take that long . The person helping me didn’t have a answer so i just asked for a refund. The manager (Clouda) came to the window with a very bad attitude and refunded my money. I went into DQ looking for a refreshing treat to beat the heat, when I found myself faced with overpriced deception. The smallest size of Blizzard is a mini, which I ordered for a little less than five bucks (already a bit overpriced for something the size of my hand, but hey, it was just a onetime treat). After getting past the first layer of ice cream, however, I discovered that I had gotten even less than I had thought. There was a smaller cup hidden inside the bigger cup containing the real amount of ice cream. I'm not sure if the smaller cup inside was the actual mini size.
