Love this studio! I’ve been to a few of the other flashy studio options in the area, but nothing compares to the welcoming atmosphere that YogaCentric has. The people make it a community. The instructors are kind. I especially appreciate the different practice styles available. And Donald is the best! His Yin and slow flow classes have been integral to my own personal healing journey & his positivity brings much peace at the end of a long day. I will also say that as a woman, it is refreshing to have a male instructor who is conscious of himself enough to make sure everyone is comfortable and feels safe. The vibe at YogaCentric is warm and open and welcoming and friendly, and I've always appreciated that. There's an intimacy here. A real community.

Not only that, but even the newest yogis need not feel anxious about trying out the practice. The teachers make it a point to get to know each student who walks through the door, asking about their prior experience and their physical needs. And during the class itself, there's no danger of feeling lost. The teachers here provide both physical and verbal aid/direction to everyone, and always offer modifications when a pose feels out of reach.

I only take one class a month at YogaCentric - Yoga Nidra with Kim - but it is always a great experience. The room where we practice is very comfortable. The "lobby" space is small, but everyone who goes there is accommodating and polite. Delana (owner) has always been present when I come to class and she is friendly and personable. They are also always running some kind of special, so buying classes is pretty affordable. I have already convinced three friends to come with me to Yoga Nidra & they have all purchased classes to keep...
