Honest customer, I bought an EVGA 3090 ti FTW 3 Ultra. I placed the order without reading the reviews of the company. Everywhere I read was negative from scalping, to sending refurbished products and not new, packages being damaged. So, I emailed their customer service basically asking about the negative reviews and they emailed me back almost immediately. Super nice and had said they could take the time to explain the reviews, but it would take a while, so I didn't bother. They then assured me that I was in fact receiving what I ordered, and they sent picture proof of the product, showed it was sealed properly and brand new and provided the tracking number and serial number of the item for authenticity. I was happy with it, not only did the item have the seal tape straight from EVGA, but they also put their own seal stickers on there stating, "Check if seal is broken before accepting.", in case of theft. I made a promise if the product got to me on time, in one piece and if everything checked out, I would leave a positive review. In the picture attached, I got the item I ordered, it's hooked up and runs great. Came sealed and brand new with film still on the item and all. So not sure if previous ownership of the company left it with bad reviews and it's under new ownership trying to turn a new leaf or what but I'm 100% satisfied and will hopefully purchase again from these guys. Read moreHORRIBLE customer service from JB Rapid LLC as in ZERO, NADA, NONE, NUNCA. I bought this router thru Walmart.com instead of Amazon specifically because it said I could return it to the store if needed. Big mistake! I did return it but Walmart had to ship it to the retailer (at their cost, thank you!) and said the refund wouldn't appear for 2 weeks. Fast forward to week #3. No refund. I called Walmart, the rep said he escalated it to the proper dept. NOPE! 5 days later back on the phone to Walmart only to find the first Walmart rep didn't properly escalate the issue so I had to start over. This time, a competant Walmart rep reached out to the JB Rapid LLC. JB Rapid LLC was supposed to reach out to me within 48 hours. DIDN'T HAPPEN so I called Walmart yet again. The current status is Walmart's billing dept. will contact me within 24 hours by email. Let's see. I am fuming because this has tied up $191. Two weeks where 1. I got charged for a Ryzen 7 3800x and 2. Where I never received the item. I found that unrealistic and was fed up with them, so I contacted Walmart directly to address the issue, as this company was a third party vendor for them that sells PC components.
