I found this gem while driving by, the availability of walk in appointments was so important to me as I have a busy schedule! Delilah was knowledgeable, kind, and efficient! She had great communication skills and made sure to notify me everything along the way! The process was so fast for us, and they even had a cancellation and bumped us up to a sooner install date! From the showing, to the templating, the precut sneak peak, and the install -no detail went unnoticed! Bobby the owner even called to check if we loved it after his team left! Our counters are beautiful and a true dream brought to life! So thankful I drove by this place and their bright green signage pulled me in! I would 1000% recommend them to anyone needing counters!

Ps. To no fault of them We had a cabinet issue and they even agreed to come out and see if we can fix It together! What an amazing group of people I found! So glad I was able to support their new business!

UPDATE!!** Bobby is a true miracle worker! Bobby and Frank came over on a SATURDAY and cut my quartz countertop in the kitchen to fix the cabinet issue. Same day cut the new piece and seamed it together seamlessly while somehow making the veining match up! They had a dust wall shield and shop vacs and that really kept the dust to a minimum (I was pleasantly surprised!) Bobby and Frank were patient and kind and even played with my daughter while they worked! They are a phenomenal group of people and I hope to keep in touch with them! We were referred to Redemption Stone Craft by a friend, and thought we'd give them a shot. From the first point of contact with Delilah we knew we'd be happy with them. She had a great attitude, friendly personality and she was very quick to follow up or call back on anything she owed in terms of timing for quotes, crew arrivals, etc. She was amazing to say the least!

We also interfaced with Bobby often throughout the process, and he provided nothing but confidence that his team would do a quality job. He was very knowledgeable and provided prompt responses and insights when we were trying to make our decision. He also got creative when we verbalized what we were trying to accomplish, going out of his way to suggest a creative solution that would deliver the look we were describing.

Long story short, what we received from Redemption Stone Craft was over and above our expectations. The crews were on time and carried themselves professionally while completing the job efficiently while in our home. We also required some custom cabinet work to install our new farm sink, so Bobby arranged for this to be done also.

Within 10 days of giving Bobby & Delilah our business, our job was completed. We couldn't be happier with the final product and the price was by far better than what we found anywhere else.

Redemption was the first stone shop I went to. I came in on a Saturday and spoke to the owner Bobby. He helped educate me on quartz and granite and showed me around the shop. A week later I came back in. This time I knew what I was looking for. I told Delilah a description of what I wanted and she showed me a sample of a new quartz called Calacatta Gold which I ended up going with. I was a little nervous going with it as I couldn’t see the whole slab, but I went with my instincts. In terms of price Redemption came in the middle of the quotes that I received. They were able to squeeze me in for before thanksgiving which was awesome. The guy came out to measure, but I wasn’t totally ready for like I thought I’d be. They were awesome and came back out a few days later and didn’t have to push out my install date. The installation went smooth. I really love my new countertops. The little bit of gold in the veins matches perfection with my new oak floors and it tied the floors in with my white cabinets. The flow of the layout of my countertops is perfectly done. Everyone who has seen my countertops compliments them. They did a fantastic job and I’ll use them again when I end up doing my bathrooms. I would suggest that they keep a slab of the calacatta gold in their showroom for those that have...
