Second time Iâve had problems here, first time we complained it led no where as they are a franchise this time I order the moza sub which has fresh sliced motzzarella on top of it at an up charge ofcourse, ordered online picked up and brought home. I bite into my sub and notice no cheese look at the rest of the sub and no cheese on any of it. So on my half hour lunch break I go up there maybe a lil hot yes I said the sub had no mozz on it. She said well what kind of cheese would you like I said the one I ordered and she said we donât have thst here and I asked why itâs an option then she said because I ordered on line she offered to re make it I said Iâd just take the refund then she threw the sub out before Informing me I would have to do the refund online her advise to me was people need to stop ordering online I then asked for the sub I had paid for back and she said she already threw it out. At that point I did use some profanity at the manager and for that I apologize. However this did not seem like a new problem so she was aware and had done nothing to fix it, nor did they reach out before handing the sun out to see if I would of liked a substitute, or hey give a heads up when we pick it up and let us know there is no cheese on it. Take some type of responsibility for the problem I may have been angry but had your job been done properly at any level it would not have escalated to the level it did. Today (Saturday 5/26/18) at 9:55pm I came through the drive thru after seeing online the hours for Saturday saying they are open until 11pm, and seeing two âOpenâ neon signs on as well as a âDrive Thru Openâ neon sign. Yet when I came to the speaker and began to order after being asked âhow can I help youâ, I was met with a highly disrespectful gleeful âIâm sorry but we are closed for the eveningâ. So I made it a point to point out that the hours online state you are open until 11, and even if you did close at 10, itâs 9:55. To which the highly disrespectful and rude guy replied: âoh well Iâm sorry, but weâre closed for the eveningâ. So I drove around to the front and side of the building to take pictures of both the âOpenâ neon signs that were still on, as well as the âDrive Thru Openâ neon sign on the side of the building next to the other âOpenâ sign. Ironically as I was able to get the second photo, no sooner did the signs go off. But regardless I got the photos which are date and time stamped.    Read moreThis location shouldnât even be open. Anytime I drive by it looks like itâs abandoned. Lights are on but nobody is ever there. My issue goes back to a mobile order I placed in November. Itâs now March and absolutely no word from management (or anybody ). I received the completely wrong order, which I discovered after I was already home so I tried calling the store to let them know my food was wrong. Nobody ever answered. And it wasnât like it was super late. They just have lazy employees. Iâve placed multiple online surveys, reached out on other social media platforms and have gotten nowhere. To spend almost $40 on two sandwiches that werenât even what I wanted is ridiculous. Do better, Subway. Take your money to one of the much better local places if youâre looking for a sandwich.
