I am 100% fed up with this white castle. I went there Feb 12 around 2:20 am today with my mother to get her something to eat after a long day of moving her into her new place. I'm tired of the disrespect and nasty attitudes that is being given to me from the younger female workers that work here. I pulled up to the window to make my order. A young lady asked me for my order. I asked for 8 original sliders with no mustard, heavy ketchup, heavy onion, and regular amount pickles with a large order of onion chips. She rung it up on the screen and I looked over it and seen everything on there except for the pickles. So I simply asked again about the pickles being added as well because I did not see in on the screen. I said "Hey umm do you have the pickles added as well". She says to me in a VERY nasty voice, "YEA YOU GOT PICKLES". I asked her was she angry at something? I was simply trying to confirm the last of my order. Then in a very nasty voice she says. " You know...like when people come to fast food.. customers need to know what they want to order". I said to her.." umm that's what I'm doing? I'm just confirming my order". She continued to talk with the nasty attitude then I became extremely upset and said some things I shouldn't of said. I pulled off and as I went around the corner I seen a young lady and a few others laughing as I rode by. I went to the white castle in Roseville which was a lot further away from me. She was chastising me like I was a child, and talking to me VERY disrespectful and this has happened multiple times very recently but I shrugged it off and kept it moving. But no more!! This one was the icing on the cake. I've been going to this white castle for a very long time. I literally live like 5 minutes away from it. I refuse to deal with such unprofessionalism ever again from this location. I love white castles so much, its literally one of my top 3 fast foods to grab at any given time. Me, my family, and my close friends will never spend another d* dime at this location ever again. She really needs to be more mindful with how she speaks to people and her lack of...
Read moreI ordered on the app hours ahead because I knew I had a big order and didn't want the employees to be blind sided by an order of 50 sliders. 10 regular sliders 10 American cheese sliders with everything 10 American cheese sliders plain 10 jalapeño cheese sliders 10 chicken sliders, no cheese, add pickles and mayonnaise. Special request add mayonnaise packets and ketchup packets. Pick up time 5:05 pm Super Bowl Sunday. Arrived at drive thru at 5pm, 2 cars ahead of me. Took 20 minutes to get to the speaker. 20 minutes before they actually spoke to me at the speaker. I explained I ordered in the app for 5:05 pick up. She asked my name. I had to repeat "Debbie" 3x and she told me to drive up. Took another 20 minutes to get to the window. Yes, that's a full hour in the drive thru line. Told her at the window "mobile app order for Debbie" and guess what, they never even started my order and asked me to get out of line and wait in a parking spot. TWENTY MINUTES from speaker to window and they knew I was there and they never even started my order. The girl brought it to my car and I was missing sliders. She had to go back in and I had to wait. Got to my super bowl party LATE. None of the American cheese sliders were plain. So my friend who can't have onions didn't have any of his special request sliders ( and it was his birthday!). All the chicken sliders had cheese even though I specified NO cheese and they did not have pickles. And they were cold and the bread was hard. They definitely weren't just made for me during my hour wait. The bag did not have mayonnaise or ketchup. So thanks White Castle for ruining my mood with your lack of customer service. And you couldn't even get my $60+ order correct.
My experience was the same when I ordered 2 months prior for a holiday party. Ordered on the app 5 hours ahead of time. Went inside to pick up. It wasn't ready and waited 30 mins at the counter while drive thru orders were being packed, but my "ordered ahead" waited to be made. White Castle on Groesbeck at 16 mile just lost a loyal...

I had the pleasure of dining at White Castle recently, and it was a mixed experience. The atmosphere was casual, fitting for a quick bite, but I found myself a bit disappointed with several aspects of my visit.
Service: The service was lacking. I encountered a robot ordering system that I did not really care for, which made the process feel impersonal. Additionally, the drive-thru attendant seemed too busy chatting with coworkers to offer the basic courtesies expected in customer service.
Food: I ordered the 20 pack combo of sliders, and while the sliders themselves tasted good, I noticed that the meat was very light on the patties, which was somewhat disappointing. The pickles were inconsistent, varying in quantity and quality, which affected the overall experience. To top it off, they forgot to include our four small fries, which was a letdown.
Ambiance: The ambiance was typical of a fast-food restaurant—not particularly inviting, but suitable for a quick meal. It didn’t quite offer the cozy or relaxing vibe I was hoping for.
Overall Experience: Overall, my visit to White Castle was underwhelming. While the sliders had a good taste, the service and attention to detail were lacking. I only get White Castle once in a while, and after this experience, I probably won’t be returning...
