Indian Lanes — Local services in Clinton

I’ve been a Clinton resident for 7 years now and I’ve always went to spinners in Florence. Well this past Sunday I decided let me take my daughter here since we had never been and it was closer to the house . Let’s just say I will be going back to spinners . This place is a joke . We went to play pool, bounce house and go to the arcade. Well when we got there the pool tables were out of order, we were told the bounce houses don’t operate unless there is a party of 20 because it uses too much energy, and half the arcade games do not even work and take all your money and the ones that do work don’t even give tickets . 1/5 Stars - Disappointing Experience at Indian Lanes Bowling Alley

Took my family of eight to Indian Lanes, and it was a disaster. The young girls working the counter were extremely rude. There was a severe lack of staff, which made everything a struggle.

We waited over 25 minutes just to pay and start bowling. My kids wanted slushies, but there was no one to help them. Some of us wanted to play pool, but there was no one to rent the tables.

The arcades were the only thing my kids enjoyed, but even claiming prizes was a hassle due to understaffing. Given the poor management and lack of customer service, I'm filing reports with the Better Business Bureau and the health department. This place needs serious improvement or should...

Of course I do understand that this is an old place so when I entered I was impressed with the minor updates that have been made. The place was supper clean which is always a plus. The staff was very helpful and friendly even tho they had to fix our bowling lane after every turn. This is the reason for three stars....lanes really need to be updated. It took some of the fun out of the day having to wait between games because either our ball was stuck in return or our lane would not reset. Would give this place another try as I like the fact that it is not as crowded as other places like this. But maybe the crowd is so slim because of issues with...
