I used to love the boutique until the last time my fur baby was in. Shortly after she got home she started losing her hair in spots and getting crusty 2here the hair was gone. I took her to her vet and found out she had ring worm! When I called the salon I talked to a girl that said "oh thats ok I have it" I hope it doesn't deter you from coming back" Really are you joking me! Apparently she doesn't pay my vet bills! and now I have to worry about my other fur babies too! I don't think I can go back to a place thats so flip about my baby catching a communicable infection, not to mention the rest of my family...
Read moreMy dog Comet is very fearful and they do a excellent job with him. My vet recommended them for my grooming needs. After taking my dog here I can see why they suggested shaggy chic. They are patient, listen and always happy to see your pet. The turn around time is good and I know they take their time because they found a tick on my dog in his armpit area. If you are looking for a place that loves animals and actually cares about the animal then is a upstanding place to go. Comet has found his forever grooming home!! If I could give 10 stars I would! Read moreI brought my Aussie in for a haircut a few months ago and someone there Shaved my dog!!! It may have been someone new but I have no idea how a haircut became a shave job. Aussies never ever have their coats shaved. Her hair has grown back in splotches. Some places have barely grown back at all. We took her to the vet and we’re told that with a double coat shaving her can really mess up her coat. She is starting to look better but please learn from this that you don’t Shave and Aussie.
