China Moon — Restaurant in Clio

China moon located on Vienna rd in clio, visited this chinese restaurant for the first time today. The environment was.. ok, a couple chinese photos with some asian decor hanging from the ceiling. The staff were polite.. but a little to engrossed in their phones while standing out in the open. Employees children running around the back, but weren't a distraction and they were polite just as well. The service was really good, ordered my food and it was ready in less than 15 minutes, they even brought the food to our table for us. I ordered the orange chicken with shrimp fried rice and my wife ordered the general tso spicy chicken with white rice and two orders of crab rangoon. The orange chicken was pretty good nice and hot when I got it. The general tso chicken was really good also. The crab rangoon on the other hand, you could tell they were pre packaged items sitting in a freezer. Not really my liking, I didn't eat my egg roll, it was soaked in oil and looked like something grabbed out of the meijers freezer section. Overall, my experience was pretty good. I would definitely wat there again, i just won't order any crab rangoon or egg rolls again. If you're in clio and looking for a nice sit down Chinese restaurant, china moon is a great...

EDIT Since china moon wants to say I in the wrong here is my texts from the store about my food so to sit there and lie that was it was done in less than 10. Mins when the pick up was 25 mins ETA here it is ** Worst Chinese food I have ever had . Used to like this place because it was a local spot for my town . Food was supposed to be done at 9:00 they called me at 9:04 and said I needed to hurry up because they decided to close early . I get there maybe a two mins later at 9:06 since I was at the light by rite aid . I come home and my food is mushy gross and burnt I paid for shrimp rice and get maybe 4 in my rice along with nasty chicken . I will now drive the 15/20 mins away to a flint Chinese place that has nice good where I can get hot fresh food not nasty mush and get more food...

My husband and I recently moved to the Clio area and we love Chinese food. So we decided to try China Moon after reading pretty good reviews on it.

We were less than impressed. The fried rice was awful, like some cheap, premade, boxed stuff. I ordered the shrimp and lobster sauce which had one flavor. Fish, and not good fish at that. My husband ordered Kung Pow chicken, which on a spicy scale of 1 - 10 was a -4. The vegetables that were in his dish was so undercooked that you could hear them crunching from across the room.

All and all, we will NOT be returning to China Moon again. It was awful. The only good thing we can say about the place was that their egg rolls...
