O-M-G….BOOK IT. Seriously. I can’t explain to you how impressive & helpful this session was. I’ve been struggling post partum with bloating and weight being just stuck, and feeling generally like crap. I went to the Dr to ask for help, to no avail, they said I was “healthy” despite my explanation to the contrary. I had an incredible experience at the new Lympha Spa & Massage By Fiona location! The lymphatic massage was not only deeply relaxing but also educational—Fiona took the time to explain the benefits and techniques, which made the experience even more meaningful. The massage helped reduce inflammation and left me feeling lighter and more energized.

The sauna with red light therapy afterward was the perfect way to cap off the session. It enhanced the overall benefits and provided a soothing environment to unwind and tradition from the massage to the real world. That night, I had the best sleep I’ve had in months and woke up feeling refreshed and energized.

The new space is stunning, very health based and thoughtful, and I’m excited to hear they’re incorporating scanning services next month. This was truly a comprehensive wellness experience....

I recently had the pleasure of receiving a lymphatic massage from Fiona, and it was unlike any other I've experienced before. Fiona was not only nice but also incredibly thorough. The detail of her method was truly mind-blowing. Having received lymphatic massages multiple times in the past, none have compared to this.
