My wife, child, and I visited on Saturday, July 30th close to 8pm and was welcomed as soon as we walked in the door. We were seated right away and was greeted by our waitress, Megan, almost immediately. She was very friendly and informative. Megan even gave us some great suggestions to try and we were not disappointed with anything we tried! I would give this place more stars if I could. It really was a great place and we will definitely be visiting more in the very near future. For an appetizer, we got the Bacon Wrapped BBQ Shrimp Kabob. It was perfectly cooked and had the perfect amount of BBQ sauce to accommodate the flavor of the shrimp and the bacon. The bacon was tender with the right amount of crisp. The bed of rice I was skeptical of it until I tried it and even it had the right moisture and flavor to make it go well with the kabob. I wish I ordered two of those it was that delicious! For dinner, we ordered the Beef Stroganoff, the Vegetarian Pasta, and the Cajun Seafood Pasta. For our son, we ordered the hamburger and fries from the kids menu. Everything was cooked to perfection! The Cajun Seafood Pasta had just enough spice to make it both flavorful and enjoyable without any afterburn. Every plate was presented very professionally and I have provided pictures to show. This was an hour before they closed and the food was just as fresh as it would have been coming in right when they open. All of these plates came to just over $65. The pricing and quality is well worth the visit!

I have been here a couple of other times and I've had good food and good service every time. This time I had the Cuban which was good although I should have asked for more mustard. The pickles were excellent. Their fries are delicious, they are different than most restaurant fries almost a crinkle outside to them. One of the best things that they have their is the Iowa old fashioned which is a local Twist on the classic drink. It is quite tasty and the portion sizes on it are fantastic especially for the price. The only thing I noticed this time that was a slight negative was that it did take quite a while for our food to come out. Granted it was the lunch rush, but I don't seem to remember it taking that long last time. If you are going to do lunch you really should get there slightly before noon so you can get a table without waiting because this is a popular spot for lunch meetings.

The atmosphere was nice, and the staff we interacted with were all very kind and had great service! They were accommodating to our son (2) and gave him colors, a kids menu and offered a booster or high chair. What lacked was the food.. it smelled absolutely delicious, well presented on the plate, and was all cooked well, however; it was incredibly bland across all of our plates— even our sons pasta from the kid’s menu. My husband tried to add salt and pepper to his steak, while I could taste, heavily, pasta water from my noodles being boiled. While we enjoyed all the other aspects, of course food was the most important, and it was a miss for us. This was our first time here, and unfortunately we will not be back since the food was not to our liking.. which was an extreme let down from all of the great reviews here on Google.

Outstanding! It was apparently one of their busier Saturday nights. Myself and my 9yo son. 10 minute wait at 7pm. Very reasonable. The new owners were host and hostess. Extremely kind and attentive. We got seated within the 10 we were told. Several more guests were pouring through the door. If I was thinking I should have called in a reservation as there were no empty tables or seats.

Once seated we have ice water immediately and drinks were ordered. The original order was Rootbeer and a Black & Blue. Our waitress was newer. She came back quickly an apologized that they didn't have Rootbeer and stouts were no longer on tap for the season. So we happily changes to Sprite and Bluemoon.

As soon as they came to the table, we ordered our food. Myself, I had the evening special of rare Prime rib baked potato. My son decided that while the kids menu looked good he wanted to try the Philly and have a baked potato.

As we waited on our food our waitress topped off our glasses and both owners had checked on us. That actually continued all night. Great service.

Our food arrived in a timely manner. My sons baked potato was actually still finishing up so they brought that out a few minutes later. The Prime Rib was excellent. Perfectly cooked to rare, not just some bloodily cut of meat, but actually properly cooked to Rare. Flavor was spot on. The Au Jus was a nice compliment. And not overly salty. Now I am not a horse radish fan but I did try a bit with my potato. It was nice and mild. My son said his Philly was 'amazing'. I did try a bit of his meat and it was indeed tender and flavorful.

As I said this whole the staff was stopping and checking on us. But we were never rushed or high pressured for anything. When we finished our food, we were very politely asked if we wanted dessert...we did. A sample try shortly there after was brought over we quickly debated on our sinful treat. Chocolate Lava cake with icecream. What can I say but YUM.

While we we very full when we finished we were not miserable. It was an very enjoyable evening meal. The bill cam in at just under $60 for soda, 2 beers, Prime Rib, Philly sandwich and dessert. We walked out at 8:30 so after about 1.5hrs.

All in all I would highly recommend the club car to any one looking great night out. Formal or jeans and t-shirt. This is my 5th or 6th time eating there. They have a large bar area as well. I also heard they are starting weekend lunch and Sunday hours. I will be going...

Worst service ever BY THE OWNER!! I placed a takeout online order on Feb 1st on their website which allows you to do so. It was for a pick up at 12:15 pm on Feb 3rd. I paid for it and got a confirmation. Showed up at 12:15 pm on Feb 3rd. The place was busy. I said to the man at the counter that I had a pick up order and he went to the back to get it. He came back out and said he doesnt have my order. I asked why. He asked when I placed it and I told him. He said rudely "well there's your problem right there, you should place the order on the day of pick up". I said your website allows to order in advance and you would think that would help you prepare better. He says, "we are busy, do you want it or not?" and then says he has to help all the waiting customers first. I said I did want it because I had already paid for it online and people were counting on their food as it for a work purpose. I said I wanted to talk to the manager and he says " I am the manager and OWNER! " He made me wait until he helped everyone else WITHOUT ANY APOLOGY. As I'm waiting a customer says to me, "gosh surely he gives you a discount or something and apologizes". I explained to her that he didnt even apologize and he was rude and then he comes around the corner and says..." OH STOP IT, COME ON STOP IT" . He finally brings my food out at 12:45 pm with NO APOLOGY, NO DISCOUNT, NOTHING. I will never go back to that place ever again, and I have already told 3 people about their horrible service. All 3 said they would never go there again, and one said every since they took over new ownership its gone down hill. I will tell everyone I know about how horrible the service by...
