Board & Brush Creative Studio - Clive — Attraction in Clive

We went to Board & Brush to celebrate a friends birthday, and it was so fun! The time flew by! Maren was absolutely amazing during our class! For a bunch of people that have never done something like this before, she made sure we got what we wanted, fixed anything on the mats we didn't like, and wasn't afraid to get her hands in there to help make sure the stencils stayed in place for the best outcome!

We did the doormats and it was SO fun!!! I was expecting to have chosen the design that I did, and that was exactly what the mat was going to look like. But NO! We were able to customize it however we wanted! Adjusting the stencils, adding or removing elements, and being able to pick the colors that we wanted. It was so personalized and customizable. It really made the whole thing so much more enjoyable to be able to make it mine. Me and the birthday girl chose the same design, but not only do they look different from the original design, but completely different from each others! See the pictures to see what I mean!

The whole time I kept saying how I wanted to come back and do another class. I will for sure...

I’m from out of state!! Went here because I love my local one so much and wanted to take my best friend for her first experience. Each location is different! And every experience is different! Enjoyed my finished project to no end. Bring your own alcohol to this location not available to you there. They do not seal your projects unless you ask and with the humidity seal it there or do it at home yourself. Do not hesitate to pick what you want on your project and fix it if you don’t like it change it. They are there to give you something amazing for your home, hold them to it. The experience does lack some personal touches. You should do all of your own project!!! Feel free to ask them questions. Do not let them rush you through the 3 hour time...

I love doing classes at Board & Brush. I’ve now have to start giving them as gifts or doing seasonal signs since I have so many! They are always fun and you get to take home a great project. I love being able to sign up for a fun class like the book exchange or charcuterie board class. I not only get my project but extras to take home. It’s also fun to add on a bonus sign or a take home kit. My 6 year old son loves to do the take home kits and do classes...
