I called to see if I was able to come in without an appointment to which they kindly made an appointment for me that was less than an hour from the time I called. I was very excited to be able to come in so fast. I had very long hair down past my butt that became too overwhelming to take care of especially with dealing with some new health issues it became so hard to wash my hair or do anything with it but put it up. I was wanting to cut it months ago but wasn’t able to till the day I went in. Giselle is the wonderful stylist who helped me and didn’t judge me because of my unwashed hair and was so sweet and understanding. Come to find out she did my mothers hair a couple weeks prior and that’s how I found out about the salon. Kristen and Giselle were so sweet and have no idea how much they both helped me out with the hair cut. Giselle did a wonderful job and now I feel like it won’t be such a burden to take care of my hair now. I also bought some super cute necklaces that I absolutely love. Was looking to get a nice casual cut without any fuss, and that's exactly what I got!

This place is a bit "off the map", as I only noticed it walking up to First Street Barber right next door. Not prominently displayed on Google, but I hope to help give them a boost!

I walked in (appointments are available but I came at a slow hour) and was immediately greeted and sat right down. I'm honestly not very fond of getting my hair cut but I felt very at ease once they got started. Linda was my stylist and she was wonderful!

She got right down to business and talked me through everything as she was doing it, so there were no surprises! I was wearing a mask and for the parts where she needed me to take it off, she offered to put on her own! Very sweet and respectful. I'm also not a big small-talker but Linda was very relaxed and I felt very comfortable chatting away!

I had such a wonderful experience at Nova Salon! The salon itself is absolutely beautiful, warm, and inviting. From the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable and at ease.

Kristen was amazing throughout the entire microblading process. She is so knowledgeable and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way, even during the more extensive parts of the blading process. What stood out most was how in-tune she was with how I was feeling—checking in often, making sure I was okay, and offering breaks when I needed them.

The care, attention to detail, and genuine thoughtfulness Kristen put into the service made the experience not only professional but also very personal. I left feeling so happy with the results and confident that I had been in the best hands possible.
