This place has changed SO MUCH in a good way. The receptionist girls are SUPER sweet! Jenny, Yamilex, and Arely were so helpful and sweet and patient while checking me in, and doing the initial eye tests. They spoke kindly to each other and the vibe was amazing. The inside of the place is ALSO very clean, tidy, and it doesn't feel crammed anymore. I really love the new layout. Then when I finally got to the Optometrist, Dr. Neda Pirooz was so sweet and she listened to my concerns. What was cool is that it was a zoom connected call. It still felt like she was there in person. She was very knowledgeable, and their technology makes it so she doesnt need to be there in person. The optician Aide was so helpful in helping me find glasses that looked cute on me, and she explained my benefits and the breakdown of everything. She was so great as well. Nothing but warm smiles when you get to the office. I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE 100% ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE FROM THE COACHELLA VALLEY.

Overall I had an amazing experience. I notice they take IEHP and they take VSP (that I have through my school district). Thank you for being amazing ladies!

I've been coming here for the past 5 years of my life now, and although I've had a very positive experience here at this place to there are also reasons why not to attend to this facility.

People: Everyone here is extremely nice and never in a bad mood (only at Coachella )

Delivery: a bit slow usally takes 4-5 weeks but usally it's almost a month and a half.

Pricing: They take IEHP, which is good for many. And can easily add transition lenses to any order with a small fee, which is fair. And or the blue light filter and other things.

The Negative: If you are thinking of getting RayBands or other brand name glasses, I suggest you look somewhere else because they charge easily 3× the amount at other areas.

Besides that doctors and staff are extremely nice and ik they are a business and need to creat a profit to grow as a company but charging that much feels like they are just using the EIHP as a hook 🪝 to make people spend on their brand...

I recently took my three children for eye exams with Dr Cynthia Mund, and I cannot express how wonderful our experience was! From the moment we walked in, Dr. Mund made the entire process enjoyable and engaging for the kids. Her warm and friendly demeanor instantly put them at ease, making what can often be a dauting experience feel like a fun adventure.

I was particularly concerned about my middle child, who is quite sensitive to doctors and noise. However, Dr. Mund handled him with such care and understanding. She took the time to explained everything in a way that he could understand, which helped alleviate his anxiety. By the end of the appointment, he was smiling and excited to return!
