UPDATE 05 JUN 25 Less than 12 hours later, I have a reply from the "owner" that looks a lot like the replies to some of the other 3 and under star reviews.... It seems like some kind of auto reply (with my name instead), that, or a company that truly does not care! Either way, it's rather insulting to me, in my opinion, so I think I am done with this chain of restaurants for the foreseeable future!
As I am not a "regular " that drops $50 a few times a week or more, I am sure that no one at the company will care, but i hope future patrons will see this and have the knowledge of others experiences...
ORIGINAL 04 JUNE 25 I had a transaction that I ordered to the wrong location (from the store I wanted to use's parking lot, mind you), and then when I went to check in, the surprisingly polite person behind the counter pointed out my error and suggested that I call, since my error was not here, but at a different store (this one).
In my opinion, it is completely understandable.
I googled the number, and this store didn't answer after 2 calls that I let ring many times. If they had answered, and it was already made, I would have asked them to hand it off to anyone who wanted it, as I am not going to spend 2 hours and $30 in petrol to collect my $11 order.

Today at the drive through they made me wait 10 mins and the application stated it was ready to pick up. When I ordered online I made sure I waited 15 mins to give them time to make it too. I had to go inside and wait and made me wait there too. I never got the bogo deal buy one get one free stuffed quesadilla taco. I wanted to speak to the manager and they said she was on break. Taco shells were stale and brittle. They broke into pieces when eating immediately after being served. Quesadilla tortilla was badly scorched. Asked for mild sauce, that was not provided. No receipt was given at the drive through.
I've been a happy Del Taco customer for over 50-years, never had such a bad experience before. Hopefully the leadership can restore quality back into the equation at the Coachella location. The team there failed to meet nearly every quality standard.
