Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Coachella

pulled up to the drive thru… i talk like with a high toned voice so it sounds like im screaming… there’s 2 screen orders , i said hello in the first one , i realized there was no screen that the lady’s show u when u order , so i go to the second one. in the drive thru obviously you have to higher your voice so they can hear you , i said hello twice. from those 2 hellos no one replied , i said hello one more time with my high toned or shall i say “ screaming voice “ and once i said it a lady said she wasn’t going to take my order because i was screaming and being disrespectful? i asked for the manager she said she was the manager LMAO i asked her why aren’t i getting my food she said to get out her drive through because. i was screaming? i called the jack in the box i asked for the manager it was the same lady , giggling over the phone laughing saying i was screaming being rude , i asked to talk to the supervisor the person HIGHER THEN HER she hung up the phone. once i called again they didn’t answer. Just weird store in general , I’d rather and IM GOING TOO keep driving to north indio because obviously this store doesn’t do enough for their customers. I came with good intentions wanting my food. Obviously you shouldn’t even manage a store if you feel like someone is yelling at you and still can’t work with the situation Lol. How EMBARRASSING. Weak Manager. Weak Mindset. DO BETTER...

Well jack just made me really upset I went to the drive thru to order and have to wait 40 minutes to get to the window. By this time I was really frustrated because I had to go to work and I decided to pass to get something fast at jack. Well i understand if there’s a line is possible I have to wait at least 20 minutes which is understandable, but I mean 40 minutes in a fast food chain and then when arriving to the window I was a little frustrated and told the employee can you hurry up it ridiculous 40 mins she just gave me attitude give in mind I was not cursing or insulting at her just frustrated for the wait. She got mad because I told her thats why your getting paid to work in a Fast food then she proceeded to take my card then tell I refuse service and close the window I was confused why would she refused and not return my card and just charge on it just for telling her to hurry up after a 40 min wait. She shouldn’t upheld my card just because she’s upset, to me thats theft, honestly I’m not comfortable buying there after what she did with my card. She has the right to refuse service for what ever reason, but not to keep my card for some amount of time. I don’t think I will return next I might get...

Hi guys I absolutely hate eating out and when I do its because I'm absolutely tired I go to school, work full-time and I'm a mom of 6 young kids so I usually come to Jack to grab a Jack's spicy chicken sandwich and they never fail to NOT put cheese in my food after I kindly ask and repeat my self at least twice I also like to substitute my bread for sourdough bread and this is the second time they give me uncooked bread I didn't say nothing the first time I let it go but again are you serious I'm so beyond upset I use to work for jack in the box and there standards have dropped dramatically this is the jack Is the box in Coachella that has already done this twice not to mention the long line to wait for my food just to receive cold food my fries were cold maybe someone needs to come down from corporate to teach the people how to run the store throw the fries out after 7 minutes don't serve people cold fries because your miserable I would have even been happy with my fries dipped back in the oil be careful out their yall this store is out to get people sick by serving people uncooked...
