El Tepeyac — Local services in Coachella

I ordered a piñata for my daughter’s birthday, I sent pictures and told them the colors I wanted. I went to pick it up and the colors were not what I asked for. I told them and the older lady that does the piñatas got mad and started giving me attitude and she told me either I take it or leave because the piñata was done. I told her why didn’t she follow the directions I gave in the first place since they ask how do you want it and colors. He just looked at me and said “ si te la kieres yebar pues ai está”. I told her if she would bring the price down then since she messed up and she said no and left angry. Her daughter then went to her then she came back and asked me if I wanted to just change at least some of the color I told her if it’s possible. The daughter took the piñata to back only to come back with it with just one color change in it. Super ridiculous that they make the mistake and they can’t owe up to it. Specially the older lady. Giving attitude to a customer who also happened to spend hundreds of dollars on candy from her store for a party. Never again will I go back...

Have been to Tepeyac in the last weeks do to all the Mexican candy you can get. There's no need to go across the border. You can find everything you need from pinatas to all your party needs. The staff is extremely helpful from Brenda great service, Levi awesome customer service, David very helpful in any questions you need.
