So I found this place while we were staying in La Quinta for a few days with friends. As you know I love coffee and I am always on the look out for the next best coffee shop. It really is 4 star place but because of where it is located in the middle of no where, it makes it the best you will probably find anywhere with in the 50+ plus mile radius and that is why they get a 5 Star over all.
5 for ambiance. It is located in cute place in Coachella next to the library.
4 for Coffee. The coffee is great I can’t tell you that it is the best coffee I have, as I have been to many great coffee joints. I tried both the Horchata and Spanish latte and they were both very good. My personal taste I would like the coffee taste to be a bit more pronounced and that is why I give it 4.
5 for Food. The food over was great. I had their Coachella Sandwich and the Salman toast. They were both really good.
2 for Pastry. Not many options and not very appetizing. I give them credit for trying as they are probably from any fine bakery to buy things from as most coffee shops do.
5 for service. Very friendly and...
Read moreSad because I heard great things about this place, but both times I drove the 30 minutes to try their iced matcha, I’ve been let down. They were completely out of matcha at 2pm on a Tuesday (and since that is one of their most popular drinks I wouldn’t have thought to call to make sure they had any left on a weekday).
Today, I wanted to try their matcha yet again. Google says they close at 4pm on Sundays. I even tried calling them about 20 minutes ago at 240pm to make sure they had some in stock and no answer. I decided to try to go there anyway since I was in the area, and the employee was making someone else’s drink when I walked in. He immediately turned me away saying they were closing at 3pm today. He could have been nice and made an exception, considering their door says 4pm closing on sundays, and so does Google.
They may have good products, but not having access to them creates a problem. I am never coming back again. Good luck coming here for those of you who...

The recent renovation has improved the space and flow within the cafe. The service has always been exceptional and continues that way. And they get coffee. They make everything with attention to detail and with real craft in mind. As a small example, the Rosetta on my guest’s mocha yesterday essentially stayed intact until he got close to the bottom of the cup and wanted to scoop out all that remained. My cortado just delighted on all levels.
The menu is relatively short but has some wonderful unique touches that makes me want to drive there often. I’m hoping for new announcements from this team soon and will be a supporter of whatever they do next.
Bravo 6th...
