Jalisco Restaurant — Restaurant in Coachella

This is one of my family’s favorite restaurant but it saddens me that this waitress completely ruined a great place. This employee treated my mom and grandpa with such disrespect. My mom nicely asked to get a table cleaned up so my family when they arrived could sit there and that’s when the lady gave my mom horrible attitude and told her to sit in a smaller table because she didn’t want to clean it up. My family was coming from the hospital because my uncle got ran over by a truck on thanksgiving and is in the middle of surgeries. They decided to eat at our favorite restaurant only for this lady to give my family horrible attitude and fight with my family. If any of the managers see this, please do something about this. We love this place and have been coming for many years and would hate for this person to ruin the restaurant.

Este es uno de los restaurantes favoritos de mi familia, pero me entristece que esta mujer haya arruinado por completo un gran lugar. Este empleado trató a mi mamá y mi abuelo con tanta falta de respeto. Mi madre pidió amablemente que limpiaran una mesa para que mi familia cuando llegaran pudiera sentarse allí y fue cuando la señora le dio a mi madre una actitud horrible y le dijo que se sentara en una mesa más pequeña porque no quería limpiarla. Mi familia venía del hospital porque mi tío fue atropellado por un camión y está en medio de cirugías. Decidieron comer en nuestro restaurante favorito solo para que esta dama le diera a mi familia una actitud horrible y peleara con mi familia. Si alguno de los gerentes ve esto, haga algo al respecto. Nos encanta este lugar y hemos estado viniendo durante muchos años y odiaría que esta persona arruine...

make sure they give you your bill first

Well they say you get what you pay for! I asked the waitress for a salad however she strongly advised not to order as per her words “the chefs just throw whatever in it they say the people will eat it anyways” So i ordered two shredded beef tacos, upon arrival my tacos smelled like goat! she tried arguing with me that it wasn’t goat! But hey if it looks like a duck and it quacks like a duck its a duck! I switched my order for two asada tacos instead After asking for my bills she asks me what type of form of payment ill be making i said card she then brings a portable card reader and she then ask wheres your card with my bill in her other hand. I asked her well can i see my bill before i pay with attitude she placed my bill on the table I noticed she was charging me for the goat tacos i immediately let her know im not paying for that she then started arguing with me that i have to pay for those tacos because i ordered them i told her i wasnt going to argue with her and to get her manager immediately! Another waiter comes by and says oh im sorry i forgot to take those off… i dont know what type of restaurant charges you without showing you your bill. Unfortunetly on sunday and tonight at 8 pm i made an order everything was wrong. Not only was it wrong i was short on food . went back and there is this short girl with really bad attitude tought i wanted a discount or free food told me with a bad attitude well here it is and turned back like if i was a pain in the ** i told her we like the food there but they need to pay more attention on their orders that we understand they always keep bussy but to be more carefull and double check their orders and she gave me an attitude i asked her if i needed to talk to a supervisor or maybe the owner and the cooks turned back laughing and making jokes about the order . I was so disapointed. So bad because food is really good. Planing on going back ant talk to the owner. People like that make bussiness go down. Because of loyal customers they have a job and...
