I give it a 5 star rating. From my experience, the employees have always been friendly and welcoming. Super helpful. Since the pandemic, they have taken extra precautions to help those with or without an appointment. I went earlier today and there was no wait time. If your renewing an ID or Driver's license it's much easier to first fill out the form online. once your done, make sure to save the code that you get after you completed the application. So that way, you can just go and show them the code, they'll pull up your application for you to confirm that everything is correct. Pay and you'll take your picture on the spot and that's it. Your all done. I didn't have to take nothing with me except for the code and cash and/or debit or credit card to pay. If it's your first time getting your ID. You will need to bring proof of address, your official birth certificate and I believe your also required to bring your social security number. From what I understand, a copy of your birth certificate isn't valid because it's only used for informational purposes. I don't know if they'll accept that or not but I recommend to take your official birth certificate since it's valid and certified...

this is a terrible DMV to ever come to when trying to take your drivers test. my drivers test instructor smelled like marijuana and had blood shot eyes she was completely rude and any time when spoken to, it came with an attitude. I am completely dissatisfied and disappointed by the service I was provided by the DMV today. I will no longer be attending this DMV and I strongly advise not to let your children take their drivers test here. my instructor was clearly not sober and I did not appreciate that in my parents car. the DMV is supposed to be a safe place to do anything that has to do with vehicles, permits, license and etc. but I did not feel safe in the car with the lady that was intoxicated and this is totally unacceptable, for the future I will not be having any of my family come here we will be choosing a different DMV that will give us better customer service and is obviously sober and not intoxicated with marijuana or...

very atrocious drivers instructor for the Behind-The-wheel test Reason: The instructor seams too be in a very mad mood all the time Very rude with (applicants the drive). Will fail you for the smallest things even if done right, (he will mark the "mistake" as a CRITICAL DRIVING ERROR). He doesn't care about the applicants opinions or comments towards the end of the driving section, from experience. Overall a very rude examiner/person. I 100% highly recommend you that if you plan to take your drivers test DO NOT it's a WASTE of time. Overall this instructor either expects you to be a GENIOUS at driving or just really likes to fail people. that's all I have too say.
