11 love the store the company Cricket says they have a deal they don't allow their employees who are very sweet very nice to implement the deal I went to buy a Samsung 14 cuz I want one they said they had one I want to go get it and then I went again and then I called despite the employees wanting to give me a phone and open a new contract with their company the company decided it was an important to make sure they had phones available for that store or to have replacements to use wow they fulfill the deal they made it's not their employees fault that the phone's not there it's Cricket's fault so they should probably fix it my humble opinion oh I love these...

I did not have a good customer service I was really disappointed, I went in to do a phone payment plan and the sales rep Alejandra was forcefully making me buy accessories I did not want. She kept telling me I had to get accessories or I couldn’t take the phone. It’s very unprofessional of her part to lie to a customer just to make sales. Even after I told her I don’t want accessories she still told me I was going to be charged for them even if I didn’t take them. Coalinga needs better...
