Hi there so i went twice to autozone and the first day the employees told me they couldnt help me get a reading because the other employee was counting the box so he couldnt leave her alone (i understand) so he told me "but you can use the machine and do it yourself" and im like okay ill do it so i went and i tried looking for the thing and i found it then it kept saying its not reading it so i tried a few times before i sent my daughter in there to get help. Finally he comes out and helps me. We go inside and him and the lady counting the box looked annoyed at me. So anyways i got what i needed and left. So i came the next day for a battery and i asked a tall. petite hispanic male around age 22 to see if he can help me unload and load the battery because i explained to him yesterday the car hood fell on my hands and they are cut and hurt and he asked who took the battery off and so i told him my wife and hes like he cant help me because its liability. And im what? okay thats crazy because ive been helped before and in your competition store they help in everything im so dumb for coming here. And so i headed out in pain with my battery and i just saw the three employees who were working talking amongst one another and two were sitting down in the chair. I felt that they were just being super lazy because theres no enthusiasm to work or motivation to help i honestly felt so unwelcomed and just felt like i was a bother to them. Im so dissappointed with the way this store has their employees. It will be my last time going there. Im kinda sad that my item has a one year warranty there but i Pray i wont need to...

I am from Sacramento, Ca. I stopped by auto zone lastnight before they closed, because my car was making a loud noise. As if it was a mustang. Anyways, I didn’t get everyone’s names but Erik and John are the best! If I can give these dudes more credit I would!! Because of them I was able to get home safely.
