New employees recently and they're all good at their job. Keep in mind, no their not mechanics, but they do gain knowledge from either learning or talking with customers. I talk with them all the time and sometimes they ask a question im more than happy to answer, or they'll have a customer asking a question and ill help them out. Auto parts stores are not required to hire mechanics, and frankly if they did, those mechanics arent getting paid enough or they're doing this job...
