Gina put a cheap defective aftermarket screen on my iPhone and it destroyed my phone. It would shut off randomly and get hot and the screen would not function property. When I went back and showed her the phone she was angry and blamed apple. She is not able to get the actual apple parts because she is not authorized or certified to work on apple phones and the aftermarket products she can get are not fully compatible with the phone. She just blamed the issues on Apple and refused to help. Do not take your iPhone here for repair. She will destroy your device and scream at you when you ask her to make it right. Avoid this liar...

Spent $250 to have two phones repaired, they have both had problems with the screens and freezing since we got them back, maybe a month later and one phone has completely went out and of course they don't want to honor any kind of warranty. Talked to me like I was dumb. Even purchased...
