This place is phenomenal! I recently purchased my engagement ring for my fiancé from here and couldn't be happier, and neither could she. My family has been coming to this business for decades (grandmother, uncle, and mother). I worked with Ken, who from the start was intentional, detailed, and knowledgeable. I had 2 family stones, from two different families and two different pieces of jewelry, which Ken was able to inspect and determine that there were compatible to be used together, as well as helped procure a third stone. That first day, I picked out the design as well. Next, he had a 3D print of the ring made and put the stones in it for a rough draft before crafting the custom piece of jewelry. He texted me updates regularly on the process as well as some pictures. They even resized the ring for free to ensure a proper fit after I had given them the wrong size.

This place was exactly what I was looking for when purchasing a custom engagement ring. I had very good, personal customer support that didn't make me feel like I was being preyed upon by a salesman. I didn't want to go to a chain jewelry store, I wanted a local place that focused on craftsmanship and customer service over a profit. They also had it appraised before I picked it up which was a plus.

I was having my wedding band crafted from a piece of jewelry that is very close to my heart - my late mother's wedding band. Matt did an amazing job listening to the look I was trying to achieve and giving great advice on how to proceed with the design. Matt even helped us come up with a way to incorporate my mothers band into my husbands ring and we were able to inlay the leftover gold onto the inside of his band (which Matt outlined so you can see exactly where it is).

Exceptional Customer Service. We had an estate to settle and it came with a large quantity of jewelry. I stopped in to ask how I could evaluate some rings to see if they had diamonds of just glass. Ken was fantastic! He evaluated the rings, sized the diamonds, weighted the gold and let us know what was costume jewelry and a good retail price for what wasn't. Everyone there was happy to see you when you walk through the door and eager to help. I have been to 3 jewelry stores and always came away with a feeling I was not welcome and being a bother to them.
