Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

I just called this papa Johns to see if they would deliver to my address. The lady asked me to spell the address which was on fallston road, so I did. She was really rude and basically yelling at me saying that Road doesn't exist and I said it's also called route 152 and it DOES exist cause I live on it. She then kept being rude continuing to tell me it didn't. I said whoa wait why are you being so rude? She then kept saying I'm sorry but insert excuse here, so I asked to talk to the manager and she told me no. I ended up just hanging up the phone. This was also after I went there a few weeks ago for pizza and caught a young girl RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME cussing a CUSTOMER out on the phone because they forgot the customers garlic sauce when they delivered & they were upset. This is horrible customer service and Ive never seen such a trashy establishment. These people don't deserve...

Ordered my pizza at 11:20 it has now been over 2 hours I’ve called multiple times and they claimed they can’t get ahold of the driver they said they are going to refund my card but that’s not solving the issue we live 10 minutes from the store and I would have happily drove to grab it if I had my car today but couldn’t and I called explaining that I will want my pizza remade if it’s cold because it doesn’t take 2 hours to deliver food that’s 10 minutes from your house the “manager” said it won’t be cold but that’s probably not true and then started yelling and arguing with me when all I said is that you need to get a hold of the driver or make me a new order and have someone else deliver it. OK, look. I don't order Papa Johns because it's gourmet. I order because the kids love it and it's the only pizza delivery in my area. THAT SAID, I keep going back (at least twice a month) because I have never had any real issues in the 8 or so years I've ordered at this location, and the delivery drivers are always amazing. The drivers go above and beyond, are always kind, respectful, and the treats for the doggies are always appreciated as well. The few times a delivery has been late, I get the free pizza cards in the mail, but that's hardly ever. I hope they all are paid well, and people, don't forget to tip your drivers!
