4.5 Customer service rating? This place is a joke! Today was my initial visit to this place. It came highly recommended for a decent place to sit and work on my school assignment. I entered this place and for a half hour it was exactly what the person said it would be until this tall guy comes in talking on his cell phone extremely loud. I looked up at him because it was quiet until he entered the room. I asked was there a quieter place that I could sit? He got offensive and proceeded to tell me that I'm asking for too much because I'm not a member anyway. He continued to be disrespectful. He never addressed me with respect nor did he introduce himself as the security guard (The receptionist informed me of who he was) after the incident occurred. As I packed up to leave I approached the receptionist counter to get the Co-Founders business card from the receptionists, and this same man approached the counter telling the receptionist not to allow me to return to the establishment. I attempted to contact the Co-Founder on all of the numbers on his business card. He refused to come out of his office to address the situation nor did he return my calls, and for that reason I give this place a F in customer service. I will...

Read moreI visited Club E for a meeting. Our host actually has office space in the building. The address was slightly confusing to me. You could enter the space by going through a restaruant that actually faces Main Street or you can go around back off of Princeton, which is how I entered. We met inside the upstairs conference room. The conference room was functional but could stand to be expanded by 4' in length and 2 ' in width.
The offices in plain view appeared to be about 10'x10'. Sufficient for a single individual needing a quiet space to work and host one or two people in the...
