Workout Anytime Ooltewah — Local services in Collegedale

I was not planning on writing this review but it got to the point that I can’t hold it anymore I have been patient since February 15th, and it is about to be April just about to be 2-3 days away. It has been 5-6 weeks since I purchased the service of a personal trainer with a workout anytime to level up on my fitness journey. So, my trainer left after one session. I’ve been reaching out to work out anytime. They told me. They are looking to hire a personal trainer within a week or next week. I asked them 2-3 times already but they keep giving me the same answer. However, the personal trainer/coach who was going to help me with my fitness journey told me that I had to pay the first month in advance and I did. Until today I have been charged three times for the amount of $320 after they told me the first my account for the payments would be frozen. Thankfully, I called them and they refunded two out of three. WA24/7 charged again yesterday Friday, March 28th. So, I called them and nobody answered. I called again today Saturday, March 29th. The staff member that was working today was so nice and kind that was trying everything she could to help me with this matter that I have with you all. But unfortunately, she couldn’t do as much. Now I can’t use the $320 that I was planning to use for something else this weekend because WA24/7 charged after telling me that the payment would be frozen. It’s happened 3 times already. So, today I tried to call the area manager, but he hung up on me twice. I called the owner. “It was showing busy call”. I am frustrated because one of their workers left WA24/7, and I am getting punished for all this customer service. At this point. I don’t want the service of a personal trainer anymore. I want my money back for the service that I do...

Actually stopped into the facility to join a few days ago looked around they've got nice equipment which I was already aware of from some of their other locations then the salesman took over and completely changed my mind about wanting to be a member of this place I'm a member of another local gym which I pay twice as much to be a member of but it's not worth twice as much so that's why I was at workout anytime in the first place the $15 a month pretty much sells itself but this guy didn't seem to understand that and kept trying to push some upgrade to use features that I wasn't interested in then proceeds to tell me that they have an exclusive laser body scan that no one else in town has I proceeded to tell him that the gym I'm a member of actually has those and he adamantly argues with me that they don't after I asked him to show me what he has he shows me the portable version which the gyms that I'm a member of have the full enclosure version not just the portable unit plus this guy went on and on about how he was knowledgeable of all workout equipment and every gym in the area when he looks like the hardest workout he's ever done in a gym is to put the key in the lock to open the door sorry to say I did not join Workout Anytime ooltewah simply because of this over selling under...

Stopped in to check out the gym and was immediately asked to input all my personal info — name, email, phone number — and sign a “liability waiver” on an iPad before I could even walk through the place. When I asked to see what I was signing, the guy seemed flustered and just told me, “Don’t worry about it,” assuring me it was standard. He couldn’t provide the waiver or show it to me at all. It felt more like they were trying to collect my personal info than actually protect themselves with a proper waiver.

I’m not a lawyer, but I’m pretty sure no waiver holds up if you don’t give people the chance to read or understand what they’re signing. And trying to pressure someone into signing something blindly is just shady.
