Was in store good service. We're given the option if wait 2 weeks for delivery for brand new items or deliver quicker with floor items.. of course no rush in September so picked two weeks.. received a scratched fire pit, took pictures delivery guy said would let sales know and would get a call from sales man either way to follow up. No call next day till about almost 6pm I decided to call.. lady who answered phone was a little rude, said how can I help you I told her what was going on and never once apologized because was not aware of the situation blaming the delivery people for not letting them know. Said well what is your name you can tell me what happen all you want I don't know who I'm talking to. Before the call was done.. she said okay this is an easy fix will deliver one in two days. Again no professionalism not nice. Will I buy expensive furniture again, probably. Will I refer any one. Maybe not to this store.

Buy floor items? We didn't buy floor items and if we did we were not aware as. The question was " do you want to wait two weeks to get your items new out of box or do you want floor items "...

Please spare yourself the pain of doing business with Yard Art Patio and Fireplace. I spent $2500 on a new fireplace and they did not complete the entire order until ONE YEAR after I ordered it. The fireplace was installed missing the front screens, as they were not included in the original order. If I had not continued to call over and over again I would still be missing part of the fireplace I ordered, as they could have cared less whether the order was complete. They finally started returning my phone calls after I nicely threatened legal action but even then it took them six more months and TWO more order attempts to get the missing screens. Oddly, even after making me wait a year to receive the parts I paid for a year ago I was never offered any sort of reconciliation after I spent hours battling over an item for which I had...

I have worked with Lisa DuPre over the years and she has given me not only superb customer service but, as a professional designer, I have some of the most beautiful outdoor furniture imaginable. She helped with colors, fabrics and types and styles of furniture that has held up well over the years. Just recently she helped with my second home in Placitas, New Mexico. Every time I look out onto my patio, I am thrilled with how well it fits the space and the colors she helped pick for that space. She has added much value to both my beautiful homes.
