I usually go to a different salon but this one opened a few minutes from my house, so I decided to try it out since it was convenient. I saw Tia both times I got my nails done. The first experience, my dip nails were fine but I was unhappy with my pedicure. I had an appointment yesterday (05/02) for dip nails and a pedicure but I called and rescheduled for today (05/03) at 4pm. I specified on the phone that I wanted dip nails with Tia and a pedicure, and the guy on the phone said okay and that he booked me.
Today, I called and asked if I could come in sooner than 4 and the guy on the phone said I could just walk in and get my nails done by Tia. I hung up and called again and requested to speak with Tia, who informed me that she was fully booked, back to back with customers and asked if I could just keep my 4pm. I said okay and hung up. I went to the salon at 4 and as Tia was removing my nails, she asked if I was getting a pedicure done and I said yes. She told me that someone else will do the pedicure and a little while later, the manager showed up and told me that I was, in fact, NOT booked for a pedicure.
The manager, showed me his iPad and kept pointing to the schedule and said that I was not scheduled for a pedicure. I told him that I stated clearly on the phone that I wanted to get dip nails with Tia on my short natural nails, and a pedicure to which the guy on the phone asked if it was fine for someone else to do my pedicure to which I said yes. He was very rude, abrupt and disrespectful. During this time, a few walk in appointments walked in and he accepted them and got them started with.
He refuses to turn away any customers but also refuses to acknowledge existing customers who had scheduled appointments. They tend to be all nice and friendly when you go to them for the first time but as soon as they know they've got you as a returning customer, they become rude and abrupt. Tia does a wonderful job but I will NOT be returning due to...
Read moreI had an absolutely wonderful experience at In-N-Out Nail Lounge! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the elegant ambiance—beautiful chandeliers and a high-class atmosphere that sets it apart from other nail salons.
Tommy was amazing! My package included a relaxing foot massage with hot stones and a paraffin wax treatment, which was already fantastic. But what truly set this experience apart was the unexpected kindness and intuition Tommy showed. I had a knee replacement just six weeks ago, and although I was a bit nervous at first, he instinctively massaged my knee—not because it was part of the package, but because he just seemed to know I needed it. He was incredibly gentle yet effective, helping to break up scar tissue without causing pain. I wasn’t expecting it, but I felt such an improvement in my walking in the days following that massage. It was truly remarkable!
I also opted for regular polish instead of gel this time since I have another surgery coming up. Normally, I go for gel because it sets quickly and allows me to put on shoes or boots without worrying about smudging. But whatever Tommy did, he applied the polish so well that I was able to put my boots on with no smudging at all! I was really impressed that the regular polish lasted and stayed perfect just like gel.
Anthony was also fantastic—so personable, kind, and welcoming. He even offered me wine, which made the whole experience feel even more special.
I can confidently say that In-N-Out Nail Lounge truly lives up to its outstanding reviews. The service, attention to detail, and luxurious feel make it worth every penny. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for top-notch care and a...
Read moreMy sister and I went and got Mani/Pedis a week and a half ago. Because of how pricey these services are I rarely go so this was a treat. Our pedicures were okay. We did spring for the pricey ones and my sister still had some really rough patches on her feet. But mine looks pretty good. My complaint is more so with my manicure. My sisters nails were cut so short and stubby that her fingers looked chubby. But upon leaving the nail salon my nails looked great. However here I am a week and a half later and I'm able to peel off all 10 fingers of my gel manicure. Which I've never been able to do at any other salon. Prior to this the gel at the bottom of my nail was getting caught on my hair and other things if I ran my fingers through it. Clearly the gel was not properly adhered to my nails. I'm pretty positive that they just rushed through our manicures because by the time they were done with our pedicures it was their final hour before closing. However by the time they finished our manicures we still had 15 minutes before the salon actually closed. You would think with other nail salons so close to their location that they would put a little more care into their work. I'm highly disappointed that my manicure that cost me 50 plus dollars only lasted a week and a half. I will never visit this nail...
