The bowling was fun. The prices were very reasonable. The place was a lil bit cramped but we were still able to bowl. The food on the other hand to include the service. Horrible. I ordered what I thought was Lumpia (come to find out that is just the name of the company) but it turned out to be spring rolls. Not a big deal until I actually received Pot Stickers. When I asked the person at the register (Antonio is what the receipt says his name is) if it was supposed to be Lumpia or Pot Stickers and he stated that it was Lumpia (Still wasn't told that it was Spring Rolls) I asked if he was sure that they weren't Pot Stickers and he stated that he was sure that it was the Lumpia. A friend order the SAME thing and actually received Spring Rolls, when I saw this I went back up to the counter and spoke with Antonio AGAIN. This is when he told me that they were actually Spring Rolls and it was just the name of the company that was Lumpia. I asked him why my spring rolls looked like Pot Stickers and his response was that the people in the kitchen do what they feel like doing. I told him it was wrong and it should have been corrected when I first brought it up. He basically said "it is what it is" and walked away. Unfortunately, I had to order something else for my husband. I ordered the chicken tenders and Antonio then asked me what type of fries, I said Chili Cheese Fries. He said okay, did you want waffle, regular or another kind and I stated I wanted Waffle Fries. I get my order and of course there is no chili cheese on it. LUCKILY there was someone else up there, and she corrected without a problem. Antonio had a lax daisy attitude about everything. Instead of trying to fix issues he just walked away. If I would have based the stars on him alone, I would have tried to give negative amount of stars. His service alone has made it where I don't even want to come back. When asked when someone should go for bowling and fun, I will be sure to NOT...
Read moreMediocre experience. The proce was comparable to other like bowling alleys in the area (older ones). Had older machines which were not user friendly and required assistance to add names to the screen of the bowlers. The employee at the front was rude and rushed us thru as we were counting how many ppl we had in our party (for a birthday) and quickly asked for shoe sizes whiteout a minute to think. I even asked him if we were an inconvenience to him by being there. We had come in a month before and were turned away because "their league was done and he wanted to just close early". We only stayed because we promised my son we'd go bowling for his birthday and the "other nearby place" was full. We ended up having a lot of fun and the cook was super nice and slammed with orders so he got tipped nicely. He remained polite and appoligitic anyway. Some people really need to take a customer service class or something because based off the head employee alone, that's enough to drive away business. The lady taking orders for food seemed inconvenienced as well and rolled her eyes when my daughter was placing an order. The cook should be promoted and be the face greeting customers and that would speak volumes for the future of this...
Read moreThis is based on citywide options. I feel like the food is more reasonably priced (compared to Main event or Bass Pro) and is better quality by far to AMF. The pizza is low quality, but fries and sandwiches are great! So compared to Main Event or Bass Pro you can likely find items of same or better quality for lower prices then them. It is greasy spoon though, but I like that in an alley. So if youâre not into the greasy spoon kind of food then you might rate it differently. I feel like the price of bowling can be much better. I honestly am trying to stretch my options out lately, so I kind of like it doesnât have an arcade really. I had pool tables. But I like to go to something like D&B for that, so I kind of like that it has that missing if comparing it to Main Event. I also like Urban air and the similar one up at Northgate, so I kind of like to do that on other nights. So I guess for me I like no arcade and that could skew the results maybe, because if there is one it takes away from urban air laser tag or a separate arcade night. So keep in mind this is bare basics bowling with decent food at a decent price, but exactly what I like in a bowling alley. If you like the same then this is your...
