Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

Staff is always friendly & willing to help. They offer a lot of items not listed on the menu- different coffee mixes, etc. Don't forget to get your loyalty card stamped as it adds up to a free drink quickly! They only offer drive up. It is not a cafe where you can hangout or obtain wifi. Only downside is that they can get extremely busy but the drive up is on both sides of the building & staff will come out to get orders, so, they do their best to keep things moving along. They have a small food menu of a few items and a variety of other drinks aside from coffees. Im more of a caramel or vanilla or both than a mocha person. I find their mochas to be to chocolatey for me but the white chocolate is great. However, get what you love as their coffee is amazing, you cant go wrong. Just be sure to let them know if u like the taste of coffee or not as I have discovered it helps when they decide how much flavoring is needed...plus, its more to your liking! Price is comparable to Starbucks. If your tired of the same ole, same ole....try Dutch Bros..you may find a new addiction!!...

All the 1 star reviews are irrelevant its a food service your bound to find a hair or two in your food every now and then, and that doesn't mean that its a terrible place. My family and I just moved here to the Springs from MS and we have notice that the hospitality is much brighter than MS. Ever since we arrived here we notice there is always a line out the parking lot of Dutch Bros, so today we decided to check it out. We were third in line waiting to drive up to the window when a man comes out the door with a sense of urgency and comes to my window and greets us. We tell him that its our first time coming here and he explains all the drinks and he ends up taking our order and runs back inside. By the time we get to the window our drinks were ready. He states that "You said it was your first time here right?" and smiles and says "don't worry about it have a great day" The customer service is great and the drinks are awesome better than Starbucks. I find myself coming here more often! Oh yeah and the guys name was Jake, pretty...

I was looking forward to my Rebel today, but was disappointed because it was flat, so I drove back from work to Dutch Bros thinking maybe I got a bad batch. When I got there I asked the lady if I could have a new one because this one was flat and she gracefully said sure will take care of that for you. New one in hand, I could already see that it was flat so I tasted it and it was. Disappointed again, I asked the lady if they had changed brand, she said no. I let her know that this was flat. She told me that they had just received these rebels. She ended up offering me a blended rebel because it came from the machine and it wont be flat she said. I declined because I love my Iced Rebel and I did not want a blended one. I ended up leaving with my flat Rebel. Dutch Bros, please teach your employees to put more attention to the products when making the drinks. This rating of disappointment is for this visit...
