Subway — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

It was bad this time. I've been going here for years but haven't been in quite a while. I was given over-cooked bread and when I asked for a different piece, the guy picked it up, started squeezing it all over and told me it was fine since it was still soft inside. I should have left but I guess I was too shocked to either leave or ask for a different sort of bread. But since he wouldn't give me a different loaf of bread he might have refused to switch it for a different type anyway. He seemed panicked the moment I came in. There was only one person at a table and no one else in line but 2 people came in behind me and he started calling out "Crowd! Prepare for a crowd! Crowd!" It was the most tasteless and unsatisfying subway I've ever had. I'm not sure I even got the full amount of ingredients because the "Crowd" guy told the worker who fixed my sandwich "btw, it's 10 pepperoni and 10 salami on these". Maybe that's why it was tasteless. I contacted the website on the receipt that asked for feedback. Typical response of "I've shared this with my team" blah blah. Good, I hope they learn how to be a Sandwich Artist or whatever it is they call themselves now. The pictures show the bread, this is untoasted off...

My recent visits were all in July (4visits). The last 3 were rated, in this order 5 stars,1 star, 0 star. Ordered a Garlicky Chicken, Bacon, 6"..… The young lady that made my sub on 7/24/23 was exceptional, my sub was delicious, my next visit on 7/26/23, same sub ordered on 7/24 not good... Bread fell apart, due to crispness or stale, no guacamole added, due to out of avocados. Sub was skimpy on fillings and tasteless. Totally disappointed! The young lady was there but did not make the sub, some young man, that sadly was not trained well or lacks total common sense (stale bread). My LAST visit was 7/30/23, as I arrived I saw someone inside and the open sign on at about 1:45 pm, a crude piece of paper taped on the door said only " on break " and was locked during OPEN HOURS, knocked loudly on door and slapped loudly on the door, I left, as I was getting in my car I saw someone peek around the back divider or back wall. Don't know if there was one or two employee's don't care. This was unacceptable behavior....

First off I used to come on evening events from Garry berry but never used the restroom this was the 1st time. Came in said hello and waved. I was on break came here to use the restroom asked for code on door for restroom was told by the guy am I purchasing anything? I said,"no but I come here on event days at Garry berry stadium". Let me tell you as previous janitorial exp I would not pass this location on code. Opened door filthy that I wouldn't even wash my hands here. You lucky I didn't take pictures to post. Forget coming here. Best place to go for subway is Academy and Palmer park. Ghetto attitude no hi welcome. 03-13-23 @ 1:30pm. You can have a problem all you want but the reviews don't lie. Do you people even mop that floor is sticky entering and nasty restroom like it's a pit stop on hwy. Gross. You got a problem to use the restroom I see why now but you dont complain when that neighbor business comes to get ice in his cup and...
