The BRIO Salon — Local services in Colorado Springs

My daughter came in to get her hair colored for her birthday, my daughter showed her what she wanted, and the lady said it would take time to get there, but then showed her what it would look like, however all said and done, there was no sign of any blue in her hair. How could you even charge someone that kind of money and not even provide the customer with what she wanted. Picture provided, where is the blue? Also need to get better with customer service, how you laughing at people over the phone? So Unprofessional, i would never recommend this place to anyone!

Follow up from owner statement below, your stylist also showed her what she would be expecting, so i added photo of what the stylist said she could do, pointing out that i was not there for the appointment is childish, its not miscommunication, your stylist shouldn’t have given her even that expectation. The Brio was a wonderful experience for me and I will definitely be going back! The environment was peaceful and upbeat, professional and clean! Before visiting I booked on their website which was easy to maneuver and schedule an appointment. I had to change the time of my appointment (which was booked last minute to begin with), and Bridgette, my stylist, was flexible for my schedule—rare to find at salons!

Bridgette did a wonderful job on my hair! I asked for a bob and she evaluated the current state of my hair and made sure that I received the look I was going for while also guiding me on what she would do to enhance my hair’s features! She was so friendly and personable and took her time, but also was proficient and knew what she was doing!

Darien (at Brio) continues to astonish me by beautifully maintaining my reddish brown color with carefully placed caramel latte highlights over VERY persistent gray AND my hair is healthy! She also suggested some non-RX growth products that are slowly working. Never pushy about products, she’s always willing to give advice or pointers in her gentle, smiling and kind manner. She’s punctual. She books out a few weeks ahead. Brio has an awesome online appt booking and reminder system so you can easily shop dates and times at midnight on your phone IF you know the type of service you need.
