Today I needed help with some technical issues while refilling my tub and as always Pegasus comes through. Dawn was incredibly helpful and took me through the steps. She is always so pleasant and professional. I can’t say enough good things about this business. They are awesome! Thank you Dawn!

11/4/24 I love Pegasus Spas! We purchased our tub from them years ago and throughout, anytime we have a question, Rachel and Dawn have patiently assisted us with any issues or questions we have. The entire staff are so courteous and professional. My husband is disabled, and we needed to find a “fix” so he could use the tub safely. I needed a railing for and Dawn took me through all of the steps and suggestions. We came up with the perfect railing and plan. Dawn is always so pleasant and cheerful and anytime I enter the building I am greeted warmly. ALL of the staff or so personable and knowledgeable . I drained the tub with expectations of having the railing installed in a week or so and lo and behold, Lane the technician happened to be in the neighborhood and installed the railing as well as the clearest bulb the same day. Lane was awesome. Again, incredibly personable, professional and knowledgable, he made sure the railing was installed in the right place for our use, and made sure there was nothing else I needed before he left. We feel so very fortunate to have Pegasus services ....

Pegasus has been a lifesaver! I truly don’t know what I would do without them! We moved into a house with a hot tub and had NO idea how to take care of it. Not only did they come out and teach us maintenance, they have consistently made themselves available to insure that we’re able to manage it properly.

I don’t know about you but I consider time to be my most valuable resource. They give very generously of theirs, to help me save mine. I would always much rather keep a place like this in business than potentially save a few dollars buying from Amazon or other wholesalers.

Nowhere else will you experience the kind of service where you can be on the phone with Dawn (who is their resident “chemical expert”), explaining the circumstances of your spa situation for 20 minutes! Even when she doesn’t know whether you’ll be purchasing supplies or other items from them!

Let’s keep locally owned businesses going! Or else there won’t be any when we have that unexpected [hot tub] emergency!

I wanted to buy my husband a spa for his 60th birthday! He has talked about buying a spa for several years but always put it on the back burner due to repairs/remodeling that was always put in front of the spa. I went to Pegasus on Saturday morning and Dawn was there to greet me! She guided me through the ins and outs of owning a spa! Dawn spent most of the morning with me showing me all they had to offer. She wanted to know our interests and how the spa would fit in to our daily life! She loved the fact that it was a surprise and helped me decorate the spa for his big day! When we walked in her and Rachel started singing happy birthday! Not only did I buy a spa, I made a new friend! Thanks so much for all your guidance and help! I will definitely tell all my friends to come to Pegasus for their new spa! Thanks so much! So happy I walked in to your store that Saturday morning!
