The Tobacco Shoppe — Local services in Columbia Township

👀👀👀👀UPDATED👀👀👀👀 Very interesting to see a smoke shop like this right on main St in Brooklyn MI. Very curious to see how much traffic it gets when Race Weekend & Faster Horses happens this summer. I know others are upset a shop like this is in our little town but I'm a firm believer that this town needs to grow and start thinking about all the tourist that come to our town. Others wanted a new restaurant or more fast food but that would have been a terrible location for a new restaurant. I hope it works out and is ran better then the one in jackson.

Probably the worst customer service I have ever received. I went in and got a replacement glass for my tank, and I was told I could return it if it was not the right one, since the guy who sold it to me said they were not labeled right. I came back in not even 15 minutes later, and was then told I couldn't return it, and I never even used it. I just went in again tonight to purchase coils and realized I was given the wrong ones. I won't even bother returning them because I know NOTHING will be done about it anyways. Not to mention, I am usually treated very poorly, and I have had horrible experiences with one of the girls that works there, she's always super unfriendly and rude for no reason. I would give zero stars if I could. You're better off driving to Jackson instead where you get better service and cheaper prices. I purchased a vape device on 10 18 19. 3 days later I purchased extra pods for the device. When I filled one of the pads I bought extra, The party mediately leak down into the device and shorted it out . it does not shut off any more it stays let like it's puffing..I was told on the 3rd of November, that there was nothing that they could do and I had to deal with the manufacturer. How can you not back a product you sell after such a short time period, all I wanted was an exchange. I will not do any more shopping there. the staff was pleasant but pleasant doesn't fix my horrible experience. All in all I'm out approximately $80 in vape...
