I've been wanting to try this place for a while now. So this past Monday, September 16, I decided to stop in. This was my FIRST time here. I was greeted by two employees. A guy and a girl. I've NEVER been here so naturally, I would ask questions. The guy wasn't friendly at all. I took a star off. I think it's very important that your friendly and nice to your customers. Especially when they've NEVER been to your establishment. I got a beast mode smoothie. It was $8. It was a small. I think that's OVERPRICED. IT was so good 👍 I said I'll try a bowl next time. I came back the very next day with my son. We sat down and ate the bowl. It was delicious. 😋 The same guy was working the next day. I got the downtown with no coconut. It was almost $13. It's worth it but it's expensive. I'M A SMOOTHIE AND HEALTHY GIRL so I'm open to trying new things when it comes to that. The acai is perfect. It's not too tart or too sweet. The fresh fruit was fresh. I had chia seeds and almond butter. It went well together. I will say the downside is that they don't have a kid's menu. They don't have kid options. I'm a loyal customer to Tropical Smoothie and Smoothie King and they have a kid's menu. Cocobowlz was clean with white and black decor. The employees could've been more friendly. People are paying for good customer service and quality. I'm happy that there are healthy options out here instead of indulging in ice-cream.

One of the best experiences you'll have. The owners dedication to their business is a thing to learn. The bowls are absolutely amazing and filling made fresh in front of you in a mellow and welcoming setting. Would definitely recommend. Take the family! Hell take the whole neighborhood. You will not regret it. #SilverBakFaxtz Can actually say I did a dang good job with this. I love how you all have grown. God speed and Blessing umongst blessings

I recently visited Coco Bowlz in Columbia, SC, and tried the Caramel Apple Bowl with the cacao base. It was absolutely delicious! The rich cacao base paired perfectly with the sweet and tart flavors of the caramel apple toppings, creating a satisfying and refreshing treat. The combination of textures and flavors was spot on, making it a memorable experience. I'll definitely be back for more!

I decided to try this place as I passed the town. I was disappointed in the product. My bowl was not good not to mention the strawberries were old. Only thing good was the bananas. Coconut bowl cream taste fake has an artificial taste. The other acai bowl wasn't so bad but the fruit was definitely not to be served as it was also bad tasting. Also says they have juices but they dont. If your looking for a natural acai place with no Cane sugar...

Lady at the front rude. I was a new customer first time trying. I said a number 8 the Roman and she cuts me off rudely and blurts we don’t have numbers. As an employee I would’ve liked to be explained the menu. Then she rushes me to pay after saying the tap button is here three times while I’m trying to pick my child up . I then asked her to wait one moment and let her know not to rush me . I can hear I don’t need you to repeat three time...
