Despite it's closeproximity to 2 of the city's most unpredictable areas, in regards to crime and just all around shenanigans, this park is pretty chill. I have gone here many times seeking peace and quiet or time to sit and chat with a friend, and easily found it. There are several places by the small stream that flows through that offer some solitude, shade, and the soothing sound of flowing water. Read moreThis park does improve so much over the last 20 years. The city has established the creek with a larger wetland threshold now to mitigate the flooding problems in Neighboring 5 points.
