We bought a sectional couch, dining room table/chairs, coffee table, buffet and bar stools.

Delivery was great. Set up was great. Notification of deliveries was efficient. All furniture top quality and we couldn’t be happier.

It all made our new home feel homier than ever.

10/11/2019 REVIEW EDIT.

We were supposed to have had our final furniture delivery yesterday, 10/10/2019, however I received a call from delivery department that the truck broke down and they had to push back our delivery time. Sure, no problem. 2 hours later, I receive another phone call, the truck broke down again and wouldn’t be able to delivery. Ok, that’s a problem. I’m self employed and took off from work. When I don’t work, I don’t make money. Reschedule delivery for following day.

I get a call in the morning from delivery department, “the truck was stolen, they couldn’t find it”. Ok at this point, this is frustrating yes, but almost comical. Sounds like a movie script for a comedy, the jokes on you (me). But wait, it gets even more comical.

At the bank today doing some business and get a call again from delivery department, “we found the truck and we can deliver today”. Ok, great, not holding my breath at this point. Good thing I didn’t.

Delivery window was 2:30-4:30, I’m sitting at home and 3 pm rolls around, ANOTHER call, “our truck has a flat tire and can’t deliver today”.

I hope everyone reading this review is like WTF because my wife are doing the same, but be glad it’s not happening to you. So alas, I’ve downgraded my review Ethan Allen. I’m blown away ! Y’all better be doing some firing, rehiring and restructuring, because me being a business owner, knows this type of business failure will hurt you...

I worked with Ashley Carlton and she was terrific. Like so many other people during the pandemic, I got the urge to spruce up several rooms in my house -- but I knew I needed help as I tend to get overwhelmed when there are too many choices. I was perusing Ethan Allen's website and Ashley popped into the chat. Within a couple of minutes, we agreed to do a Zoom call (I live in RI and Ashley is in Baltimore) where I explained the various projects I had in mind. After that call, I knew immediately that I wanted to work with Ashley -- she is warm and funny and smart. I sent her pictures of the various rooms, and once or twice a week following that, we would meet virtually and Ashley would present various options. If something didn't resonate with me, she never took offense -- rather, she strove to understand why so she could present different choices. Ashley went out of her way on so many levels -- from making arrangements for some of my existing furniture to be reupholstered with EA fabrics to offering to venture to RI post-pandemic to help me accessorize and style various rooms. I am thrilled with the results of our collaboration -- and I plan to continue working with Ashley as I tackle other projects...

My wife and I enjoyed working with Lena Archuleta when she did the interior designs for our new home in 2015. So, when we decided to move and build a new one, we knew instantly who was going to help us to do the interior designs for our new home--it HAD to be Lena! Even though we're not supposed to be moving until early 2022, we started working with her right away in August 2021 so that pieces (hopefully) have the lead time to be ready for delivery when we move into our new home.

Lena is knowledgeable and creative, but she really listens to her clients. She definitely helped us to find furniture pieces with colors and fabrics that we LOVE, but couldn't have found by ourselves. Working with an interior designer was a new experience for both my wife and me, but Lena has given us a beautiful space that reflects our style.

With our new home, we're finding that our style has evolved somewhat, and Lena is helping us to combine most of our old pieces with a few new pieces so that the new home will look fresh without breaking the bank.
