I bought a refrigerator off marketplace used from here! It is ok but both people I dealt with were hateful to me and my family when delivered they cut several places in the new laminate flooring. Joel told us we should have had different flooring and it would not do it and also just the design which it wasn’t He didn’t offer even to compensate the delivery fee. I had two extra boxes of laminate he could look and see it didn’t have cuts but said he didn’t have time.

Scott sold it to me and was ignorant when I said I didn’t live in Columbia. Saying immediately first pay gets it though it was Oct 1 and since I said I wanted 9/28 and discussing delivery didn’t mention anything about paying beforehand or provide information. He wanted me to leave a key for them to come in when I wasn’t there cause they have a business for 40 years. Funny he didn’t trust me and I paid him more then half without looking but wanted me to trust him access to my house.

The cuts go from the doorway to the fridge spot not a design. Very unprofessional. The laminate was just put in Jan from Home Depot at $53 a box so this was a costly delivery that they didn’t...

I have purchased furniture items and a dishwasher from Harres in the past 3 years. Today I purchased a new stove. With each purchase, the sales member has been so professional, knowledgable of the product and so pleasant and accommodating. Easy to walk right in and purchase my item, awesome delivery service and beyond happy with my selections. My money spends everywhere. Such a joy to find exactly what I am looking for and be so pleased with my items. Many thanks Harres Team.

7.3.25 An additional purchase- Today I walked in and bought a “garage refrigerator”. As usual, the staff was amazing. Looked at their inventory online and narrowed down to two preferences. Walked in, purchased refrigerator and set up delivery in 15 minutes. Great customer service.

PS-the new KitchenAid double oven-5 burner stovetop is just incredible. Thank you Harres staff for providing great furniture and appliances. I find what I am looking for every time. The delivery crew is wonderful and great...

Nice store, but customer service is a little slow. We ordered a love seat that was going to be 4 - 6 months before we would get it. It has been past the 6 months so we canceled the order. It hadn't been delivered to the store, let alone us. We had to argue to get our money back after we had paid in full. Mr. Harre stated that we had signed an agreement where we had to pay a 25% restocking fee. We asked for a copy since we didn't have one and guess what, we never signed the one he had of the original. Then Mr. Harre charged us $102.00 for having to put the item back in stock. We purchased the love seat in December and with prices going up, we are sure he will get more for it. We will not do business again with this business. So be cautious about what you purchase...
