Burger King — Restaurant in Columbia

So its 8:30am. We had driven in at 2:30am from South western Mo. To our property in Illinois only to find out a water main had broken. Drove to the local Schucks for water. I saw the Burger King was there is not one in my home town I thought that would be an awesome breakfast! Went through the Drive thru. A gentleman took my order. My wife likes coffee so I ordered a large black Coffee. Was told they sold it all. We have decaf well if you knew my wife if I brought her decaf I might not have been able to go home. I asked how long would it be because I would wait. He said it would take to long asked how long? 5 to 10 min. Ok I can wait no it would take to long. So no coffee. Didnt want anything else. Got to the window paid for the food and was told to pull over to a parking space. I waited for my food there was only 1 car also waiting and a truck on the lot. They brought my food out and I asked is your coffee ready yet? No we sold out its gonna be 5 to 10 minutes before its ready. I asked so isn't this breakfast and doesn't coffee go with breakfast? Reply was yes but we sold it all. While I understand you can run out I said I would wait, was told they were brewing it my total time at the Burger King was 12 min. From the time I ordered until I left there lot. Could have brewed coffee don't know why I couldn't get some. I left the lot and drove to the McDonald's next door. I ordered a lg Black coffee 3 minutes later I had my coffe and was on my way? Moral of the story go...

So me and my wife and 2 of my kids went here tonight to order dinner for our family of 7. We didn't cook tonight being as I worked 2 hours away all day and then when I got home my daughter had a track meet with her school so we thought hey lets run to burgerking after we go by our kids the stuff needed for baseball and track. We pulled up ordered then they pulled us forward which I expected being as we have a rather large family. Then while sitting there I realized they forgot one of my meals on the receipt so I figured its OK ill run back through and order the missing one. Next thing I know the food comes out and the lady tells me I can't come that close to closing again. Because they had to make everything fresh. I thought it was soppsed to be fresh anyways. Its not my fault I made it there before closing time.then I ordered my children their own fries they just dumped the fries into a big brown bag the point in ordering separate fries was so they each had their own . Maybe you should make a sign out front that says sorry no large family orders after the time they think. Either way I won't be going here again what a joke. Ill spend the extra on gas to go to a...

Went here for lunch. I waited 5 minutes to be waited on. No big deal. I did notice a few cars in line. I looked over at McDonalds and cars were wrapped clear around the drive through. The guy who waited on me was as friendly... well to specific, he was not very friendly and apeared like a guy who hated his job and didn't care less about helping people. I could be wrong. But that was the impression I got. My burger sat on a tray for over 10 minutes. He turned to me at one point and asked me if I had been waited on. After a looooong time he grabbed a fry and put it on my tray. I asked as long as it had been sitting, it was probably cold. He shoved it at as not to care. It was cold. I ordered a medium fry and relieved a small. The kethup dispenser was empty. The soda machines were empty. I said something to the guy. Again no response. I threw the cup away as I was leaving.
