Terrible vibe. Horrible customer service. DO NOT SELL YOUR ITEMS HERE! I came with a load of clothes, atleast 12 items. Ik that 4sure bc I took photos of each piece. It was all given to them. I didn’t get a txt or call about them for 3 days which was whatever but long story short. I got a confusing text about my items being kept and donated. Replied to it didn’t get a reply back, and was given store credit even though I requested cash & to keep whatever they didn’t want. Called the store. The woman with the short hair glasses is cool whenever I speak with her but whoever I talked to on the phone was rude, kept cutting me off, lied about my clothes being donated and said that I couldn’t get them. Turns out the store credit for the items I gave only totaled to $20. So I’m assuming only 2-3 items had to have been kept in that case for it to be so little. So I go to the store in person to check same day. At the store, I’m THEN told EVERYTHING WAS KEPT NOTHING DONATED. Mind you (I wish I could add photos) this is 12 items of good quality, leather, sets, dresses etc. ALL FOR $20??? So I not only practically got robbed. I was lied to about my clothing items being donated so they could keep and sell them without paying me for them....

Pay no attention to these fake reviews. Columbia SC is a small town and they probably know all the people that wrote these reviews. The only reason I am giving two stars is because I was able to get my things back after they tried to rob me. This place does poor business. This place might be a good place to buy items, but do not try and sell anything to them. I dropped my things off to them to sell. The guy said they will give me a call back the next day with a price they will give me for my clothes. A day later no call I had to call myself. Only to be told that, they don’t have my clothes and someone else picked them up. After being told a few lies. I went up there myself and guess what? They had all of my items. Nice try sid and Nancy. Here is a tip stand by what your company says. Don’t tell people they can sell their clothes to you and then try and keep them.

Also, tell people they have 48 hours to come back and pick up their things verbally. Or you guys will keep and claim them for yourselves....

The girl with the short bangs, and glasses is way too rude and needs to have some training on how to talk to customers asap. The staff is actually so rude it makes me want to hurl. There’s only one nice girl there and she’s brand new I’m pretty sure bc I come here a lot. Tell me how I walk in and just get stared at, then have them go and talk about me while I’m shopping? Then when I ask about a stain and if I could get a discount I’m told “oh we don’t know if the stain is washable or not so we can’t” um…. Last I checked everything has to be washed before being sold? So clearly it’s not washable? Either that or they aren’t being as sanitary as they say. My girlfriend brought a bunch of brand new clothes with tags on only for them to offer her $25 or store credit. Why would we take store credit and or $25 for over 5 things? With tags on? Makes no sense and I see a lot of people having this issue so I pray for...
