I just got microblading and microshading with Jordan and am so happy with not only how my eyebrows turned out, but also the whole experience! She knew I was super nervous and had never gotten a tattoo of any kind before so I had no idea what to expect. She explained everything and reassured me throughout the whole process while also having friendly conversation which helped distract me from the pain (although it wasnt as bad as I thought it would be, I definitely still felt it lol) and make it go by much faster. Jordan was extremely patient with me while mapping out the eyebrows with makeup beforehand and made sure they were exactly how I wanted them before starting the microblading. She made me feel completely comfortable asking her to change little things until we both thought it was perfect. I'm so glad I ended up choosing Jordan to do my eyebrows after reading lots of reviews. She was not only extremely friendly and patient throughout the whole process, but she's also very skilled and talented at what she does. I can't wait to see how they heal and go back for my touch up in a few weeks to get the final look. I had called ahead to get the special that I saw on Groupon for the full set of individuals eyelashes for $68 original price is $140. When I arrived I made sure I was going to get what I thought I was going to pay. They asked me again if I wanted the classic set for $24 or the individual eyelashe set $68 I said individual since what I understood was that one is one by one in each lash. But at the end I got the Ardell individual eyelashes instead of the ones I thought I was getting like the mink lashes. I wanted them to look natural and not the case. Later I asked for a wax and the owner waxed half of my eyebrow off. I just wanted to leave, I didn't say anything since there was another lady in the room with me and felt embarrassed saying something to the owner. Later when I went and asked the owner why Angel put these lashes on me, she tells me they are good quality but the ones I wanted were more money and takes 2-3 hours...

Very unprofessional. I booked an appointment for lashes Saturday because it was my birthday weekend. My appointment was at 12:30 and at noon, while on my way, I received a text message that my appointment was cancelled. I called to find out what was up and I was greeted on the other end by a woman in a raspy voice reminiscent of what I used to do in high school when I called off faking sick. She told me she and her kids must have food poisoning and she needed to reschedule. I admit that she could have been sick, but regardless how is it acceptable to cancel and appointment only 30 mins prior? If I had lived out of town I would have been put out even more. I’m thankful that I purchased through Groupon so I received trade in value and by some miracle I was able to find an opening somewhere else, same day.
