I came here a few days ago for a relaxing experience after exams with my friend, but it was the opposite of that. First when my friend and I called, they said it was $49 for a full acrylic set which is why we chose this place. Once we got there and half of our tips were already glued on, they said it would be $69 if we wanted gel (which they didn't tell us before) and kept saying if we did regular polish it wouldn't last more than a day and would go away by just washing your hands, verbatim (so what does that $49 even include then if your nails will be ruined in a day?). When my nail tech started cutting my length, she said it would it be $5 more.. none of this was mentioned on the phone call. They just kept racking the price up while doing our nails. My nail tech glued on my thumb tip crooked and I told her, and she kept getting upset and said she would fix it later. After she finished filing all the nails, the thumb was still very crooked and I mentioned this nicely and she filed aggressively, with it not getting better. I pointed out that it was still pretty crooked and my friend said it was too, then she HANDED me the nail file and said do it yourself. Shocked, I FILED MY OWN NAIL, and still paid for the full service plus tip. I should also add that she started aggressively buffing my nails after and drilled too far on my pinky and thumb cuticles, and they bled. When I said "ow you cut me", she blankly replied "sorry" without any remorse. I didn't say anything else about the shape after all of this because I was very flustered and the nail tech kept getting irritated and hurting me, but I asked for almond and ended up getting stilettos. I initially asked a deep green and the shade was not at all what I asked for when she put it on, so I asked nicely if there was anything else similar to what I wanted, and she started getting mad again. I ended up just going with the color that my friend had on to avoid further irritation. I noticed that my index finger was also very crooked after. Ultimately, I paid $85 for nails that were crooked, I helped do myself, bled for, and not the right shape or color. The nail color didn't even go up to the cuticle, it looked like they were a week grown out when they weren't. All during this time I should mention, she was making comments to my friend's nail tech every time I mentioned something going on. It was a very rude, disappointing experience and a rip off.

I’ve been going to elite nails for about 4 years now and am finally writing a review. The most important things to me for a nail shop is quality and consistency of work, punctuality, and fair pricing. These are my favorite things about this shop. Most of the nail techs are very talented and friendly too! Sometimes some of the techs children are there, but it’s not a big deal to me and they aren’t messing with the customers or being too wild. The Elite team plays music videos or some other easy/entertaining to watch tv so you can zone out and enjoy that while getting your nails done if you don’t feel like talking much which I appreciate after the initial catch up with my tech…especially after a long work day or something. I’ve been to a lot of different shops and have even tried new ones just because over the last few years and I haven’t found another shop that provides the same quality of work, punctuality and pricing simultaneously. You can keep looking around, but trust me when I say this is the right shop. I don’t know everyone’s name but Lisa is the tech I go to, the two people who sit next to Lisa also seem to do great work (one is the owner). I think you can add notes or maybe pictures when you book online to help you get the right tech for you if you’re not sure. I hope this is helpful!

I’m not the type to leave a negative review but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. Lisa did a fine job on my daughters nails and my eyebrows however Hang Vu who did my nails was awful. I chose a color and when she started to paint my nails we could both tell it was a completely different color than the swatch, she proceeds to tell me the bottles are numbered incorrectly so I ask to look at the bottles to just pick the color that looked best, she said no. So we went up to the front and she proceeds to rush me and point to every shade of pink and not let me look for myself, I ask if I can have a minute to look and she slams the book down in front of me, sighs and stomps back to her desk, less than two minutes later she comes back up front and tells me what color I’m going to be getting so I say fine. She then paints my nails and does a horrible job and leaves polish all over my hands. When leaving I tipped Lisa for my daughters nails and then Hang Vu came to the front slammed her phone down with her venmo QR code and said you tip me now. I scanned the QR code and she then had the nerve to touch my phone and move the screen to see what I was tipping (I hadn’t yet) so I left the salon tipping her $1 and telling her to be nicer to her customers.

I have thought about posting this review for a few days. I went to Elite Nails for the first time on December 18th around 5pm because it is close to my job and I wanted to try out a new place. I decided to get the dip powder gel since that is what I typically get and Asked for them to be matte as well. The lady who took care of me was very nice but not only was she working with my but she was also helping the lady next to me at well multiple times and had to keep stopping and going with my services. The business got busier the longer I was there. I wasnt completely satisfied with my nails when I left and when I looked at them more I couldn’t get myself to like the length she cut them down to (I was not offered a length they were just cut), I didn’t like the shape, some of them weren’t painted fully on the side side. I called and scheduled to have them redone but couldn’t have them done due to a work conflict so I was just going to wait till it was time agin to get them done on a few weeks...by Christmas a few days later my top coat was starting to peel around the top tip area of my nails. I called on 12/26 and was able to get an appointment for 11:30am. I went in and had the same person and she was still very nice. I ended up liking the new shape a little better and was able to get matte this time (last time she did glossy even after I asked for matte). By the next day 7 of my nails starting peeling again. I called and spoke with the lady that did my nails and she blamed it on the matte but they did the same when they were glossy. I asked if I could come in after work at 4:45pm and have hen fixed and asked if we could start hem over and just do polish this time instead of the powder because they keep peeling. I was told that I would have to pay for soak off and for the gel polish. I had already paid $58 dollars the first time I was there and now I was told I would have to pay $27 for the gel polish and I forget the amount to soak off. I was soo frustrated because something is clearly wrong with the product of way it is being applied and now I had to not only pay more. I asked to speak to the Manager and was told the manager was not there and I was also told that when I was there in 12/6. I was soo irritated that I did not go in after work and just went home to my kids. I feel like at this point they should have reimbursed me so that I could get them fixed elsewhere closer to home where I have...

We called and made an appointment for 9:30 with three people in our party. When we arrived at 9:30 we did not have a nail tech. Two other women arrived at 9:30 and 9:45, also with appointments. At 10:00 am we were seated in a pedicure chair (with no tech) and a party of 4 came in as well.

Around 10:15 more workers arrived and started on our services. Unfortunately, because they were running behind the pedicures and manicures were very rushed.

I asked about a small callus on my foot, which was included as part of the pedicure service listed. My tech said I needed to go to the pharmacy and buy a patch to soften it up. Unfortunately, the callus is still there.

We were out of the salon by 10:40 am. Which, was remarkably quick. However, when you are paying for a service and make appointments I would have appreciated more time spent.

Unfortunately, my gel manicure has started chipping at 1 week. I also wanted to mention, while we were there TWO clients came back to have their nails fixed due to chipping after just recently having it done.

When it was time to pay, my tech swiped my credit card and said “you tip?” Which, of course I did the 15 percent. However, I’m not sure my experience warranted this.

I think if you are a regular client you would get better service. However, for a walk in/ or if it is your first time I’d highly recommend you...
