I bought a washing machine here, and it seems pretty good so far, but I am not impressed with the delivery and hookup service. The guys did not seem to have much experience hooking up washers. I realize there were some difficulties with my old plumbing, but that is why I wanted to pay someone to do it for me rather than do it myself, and I thought that these guys would be more professional. They got water all over my laundry room floor and wall when they disconnected the old washer and tried to connect the new one. Then right after they left, the drain hose fell off and water exploded all over the place again! They had to come back 2 times to redo the drain hose. I was running around helping them and getting them tools the whole time, and it was not the stress-free experience that you hope for when you pay someone to do a job for you. Then, once they were finally finished and I thought everything was fixed, I realized that they mixed up the hot and cold water hoses, and the washer fills up with hot water when I put it on the cold setting. Also, I had thought that the owner said that they would take away my old washer for a $10 fee, but they refused to even help me carry the old washer up the steps with their dolly. I realize that things were a little crazy because the owner was sick at the time, but I went with Big George's because I got a good recommendation from someone, and I am really disappointed. Very nice items in store, but the people that assemble the items are not skilled enough to do the job. They moved a few items for me and assembled my bedframe. While doing so they broke one of the pillars to the bedframe, damaged my hardwood floors and also put a small hole in the wall. When putting the washer and dryer in my basement they used a dolly to bring it down the stairs, but then took it off the dolly and began to drag it across the floor causing damage. The assemblers had no clue how to put the bedframe together and kept asking my significant other for help. The bedframe was never properly assembled. Mr George is one of the most amazingly humble patient people to come across and he does not try to force you to buy nor does he push you to buy much. He is a hidden godly driven man with the strength of 10 men and the ambition of a1000.
