So far very disappointed with this company. They have torn up my front yard twice installing their boxes and cables and have left me with a mess to clean up. I work very hard and spend a lot of money to make my lawn look nice, and now once again after being told they would not "tear up" any of my yard to run the fiber, they changed and went right through my front yard, destroying portions of my front lawn....again! Trying to grow grass back in the hottest part of the summer will be difficult at best.
Their communication with me has been nonexistent. Had I been told in advance of their change I would have asked them to enter my house from another direction avoiding the front lawn all together. I have communicated with the company and will alter my review pending the outcome. I would highly suggest if you chose to have install done by this company that you are very clear about exactly what they are going to do on your property

After communication with the company about the condition they left my front yard, them telling me they would send someone out to repair….. nothing! Read moreSigned up last October as an “early adopter”. Finally a little over a month ago they ran the fiber to my house and installed and attached a new box on the side of my house. I was told that someone would be in touch to schedule installation inside my home in about 2 weeks. Called today and was told basically “we will contact you when we are ready to install” with no ETA. So far I am not impressed with much about this provider. I can only hope that once installed and when problems occur, their support service is faster and more responsive than their installation has been. Otherwise it may be a short relationship. Tempted to retain my Mediacom connection and pay both for a couple of months to be sure these guys are more legit and on the ball than what they have...

Second, the lady that answered the call (I wish I would’ve written her name down), was so kind and helpful. She took care of my issue right away and started looking into solutions. Not once did she put me on hold. She was able to run connection tests for me and made sure our internet was running properly.
