Worst customer service i have every dealt with. Starts off with answering the phone, with Hello, lowest voice possible, tell them you cant hear them, not even sure if you got the right number because it wasnt like they introduced them self or the company. She replies with 'OH Better" I asked if they have a product in stock. Clerk turns asked a few question to co-worker then says "We have plus", Not what i asked. There was not a "no sorry we dont" or anything it was We have a plus. I stated to her thatf needed the Ultra , so i guess that would be a NO you dont then? "Well yeah a no then" was the reply i got. This is the 3rd time i have attempted to do business with Columbus Verizon, and each time this type of Customer service....
