This is one of the worst Sonics ever. It's really quite sad. I rarely eat fast food, but when I do, I like Sonic. This Sonic is ruining Sonic for me.
I've been there 28 times since the end of April. I love their frozen cherry limeade and frozen strawberry lemonade! So I treat myself about once a week to one of those and I really enjoy the half price shakes. Well, I used to.
On only three of those twenty-eight visits was my order correct. And two of those three were just a drink.
Tonight my grandson and I went to get a shake to share, an order of fries, and a burger. The burgers were actually pretty good, even though they had pickles on them when I asked for no pickles. The fries were cold, and the further down in the box we got, the colder they were. I thought that was odd. They were also crammed in the box so most of the french fries were bent and squishy. The shake was probably a third of the way melted by the time it even made it out to the car. It was foamy and really gross. I'd asked the carhop about remaking it and he said, no that that's the way shakes are. Uh, no they aren't...
We discussed the shake for nearly two minutes before I said, just forget it. My little guy was hungry and we'd waited twenty-two minutes for our simple food order to come out. Then the ticket was wrong, I was over charged about $4.50, so we waited another four minutes for him to return with the corrected ticket. I was so over it by then I just wanted to go.
I keep holding out for them, hoping that it gets better, but it's just not.
Side note: Most of their speakers don't work and a whole row doesn't have working debit card readers. They also don't have any signs...

The poor young lady taking our order was completely frazzled and couldn't seem to get our order right. It was a very simple order and she just couldn't get it right. They were not very busy and I would understand this treatment if they were but they were not! They had to go back to the kitchen several different times finally getting everything on the ticket and still didn’t get the items right with putting tomatoes on things that were requested to not have them.
