At first, I was very excited to find this company because the reviews were great! A little over one week before my class, I received a call that an instructor was no longer available for the date I scheduled for. I get it...things happen. Then, they did not have a class I was able to attend before my ACLS expired. AND to top it all off, no refund because 'we don't do refunds and we offer rescheduling.' I'm a travel nurse, so the rescheduling was not an option. This class was $200. I had to book elsewhere, HOWEVER, the class I found was same accreditation and ONLY $75. I thought this was EXTREMELY POOR customer service from a company that exists purely to help medical professionals who serve the public.

Read moreI went to CPR Columbus for my CPR and AED prerequisites. The class was very well ran and organized, using a combination of visual and kinesthetic learning techniques paired with an experienced instructor. Larry Johnson, our teacher, made sure we understood each concept and had us perform compressions to perfection. He went above and beyond to explain the how's and why's. He is an excellent representative for the American Heart Association and the CPR Columbus branch. The new equipment was an added bonus, with lights coming on to let you know if you've gone deep enough and fast enough on the mannequin. I'm stoked to be armed with these skills as I use them training clients in the gym. I'm confident that if the time comes, I'll know what to do. Thank you CPR Columbus, I will be reccommending you to all...
Read moreI completed my CPR training yesterday, and Sarah was the instructor. It was a wonderful class! The class was small, which made it easy for Sarah to provide everyone with individual assistance whenever necessary. She also led a class that was very laid back, but still taught all of the required material in a professional manner. The teaching methods that were utilized in the class were direct instruction (lectures from the instructor), audiovisual (CPR videos), and hands-on practice (practicing the steps of CPR on mannequins). I would highly recommend the Sawmill branch of CPR Columbus to anybody who is looking for...
